:: Printer show status Offline ::

Salam semua para otai,

priter aku HP 3920.... masa aku print hari tu, aku cancel printing, kemudian kertas tu stuck dalam printer... aku tarik kertas.. dan sampai sekarang printer aku show status Offline.... banyak nak diprint nie... tlg

ada reset printer tak?

kalo suma ko dah reset/restart maknanya ada problem lain la tu.

mungkin betul ada kertas sangkut. mungkin gak spoolsvc.exe masih lom abih process delete print job tuh.

try disconnect printer tu ari pc.

kalu usb, try cucuk kat usb port lain plak.

To resolve this issue, remove printers and printer drivers, and then delete the items that are under certain keys in the registry. Follow these steps:
If possible, remove any printers that are listed in the Printers window.

To remove a printer, right-click the printer in the Printers window, click Delete, and then click Yes to confirm the deletion.
In the Printers window, on the File menu, click Server Properties.
On the Drivers tab, remove all of the installed printer drivers.

To remove a printer driver, click the driver, click Remove, and then click Yes to confirm.
Start Registry Editor (Regedit.exe).
Export the following registry keys:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Print
Delete any items that are listed under the following keys (do not delete the keys themselves):

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Print\Environments\Windows NT x86\Drivers\Version-3
Delete any non-default items that are listed under the following keys:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Monitors
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Print\Monitors
The list of Default monitors includes:


AppleTalk Printing Devices (When Services for Macintosh is installed)
BJ Language Monitor
Local Port
PJL Language Monitor
Standard TCP/IP Port
USB Monitor
Windows NT Fax Monitor (When a Fax Modem is installed)

tak perlu. cara tu untuk manually uninstall driver printer sedangkan printer tu kita bleh remove saja melalui add-remove program dlm control panel.

btw, aku musykil pasal kot2 bende ni ada kaitan dgn masalah SP3 kat topik 1 lagi tu.

aku agak je. ko try la cari spoolsv.exe tu dulu. kalo jumpa, ko endkan process dia.
pastu restart.

dulu aku repeat 3-4 kali baru ok. ni la jasa share printer... ;P

1. Check to make sure the printer is turned on and connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your device
2. Verify that your printer is not in Use Printer Offline mode
3. Unplug and restart your printer
4. Set your printer as the default printer
5. Clear the print queue
6. Reset the service that manages the printing queue
7.Remove and reinstall your printer to your device
8. Restart your PC
