SKYNET Malaysia Courier Service can not trust anymore! BEWARE

I recently received a mail from Singapore which used SKYNET courier service, but once open the mail, I found out the item lost. I complained to the EMS singapore, they ask me to lodge the police report and then they will investigate the case.... it sound like very nice service..... BUT till now EMS never have any reply to me and also SKYNET Malaysia.... I can't do anything with this case.... even I have been report the POLICE Sungai Petani and provided the Suspect Posman.... the Police just told me that they can't do anything and ask me to sue the SKYNET Malaysia.... It is really night mare for me.... I can't trust the SKYNET Malaysia... they really can't be trust.... So Please BEWARE for SKYNET Courier Service.

Dear Mdm,I am very upset with your reply. That is a simple answer and simple job, just ask which company handle the mail only... but you ask me to contact your counterpart. FYI I already check and know which company handle my mail. Malaysia Courier Company is SKYNET and Handle by SKYNET Sungai Petani. I will the Manager there today and I will know what action taken by EMS to help me to settle this case.

Dear Ms NorashidahThanks for your fast action, I did check with PDC Sungai Petani Mr Shamion, he told me that he don't have any record of the mail, so he believe that this mail not handle by Poslaju Malaysia, it might be handle by other courier service company. So please provide me which company deliver the mail to me as I can provide the information to the Police Kuala Muda act on it.

My officemate pun pernah terkena, dia hantar brg personal effect to oversea, sampai kat sana brg tu hilang separuh...complain pun x guna,pas tu company kitaorg tukar courier service lain.

Aku belum pernah terkena lagi dengan skynet, cuma aku perasan posmen dorang takde uniform khas. kalo datang rumah hantar barang pakai baju biasa aje. bagi aku kalo rasa ragu2, guna aje poslaju. setakat ni semua barang aku sampai, dari kamera, phone mahupun dokumen biasa semua selamat sampai.

Saya pernah call SKYNET Sg, Petani Manager.... dia tu teruk lah... cuma beritahu dia sudah check posman tu.... dan perlu percaya dengan Posman dia... sebab orang dia ma.... Itu lah jawapan daripada Pengurus SKYNET di Sg. Pateni, Kedah.

SKYNET tak boleh percaya!!!! Seperti Zep yang cakap... memang Posmandia tu pakai pakaian yang biasa... berwas-was tentang Posman tu.... Yang geramnya... Saya sudah menyatakan suspek kpd polis.... tapi polis tak nak ambil tindakan terhadap Posman tu.... Nama and contact no. juga diberi dia... sarjan Sg. Petani Bahagian Komersial... tak berani ambil tindakan.... Apa saya boleh buat... polis pun tak terdaya... macam mana kita sebagai rakyat biasa boleh but :(

Polis cuba minta saya sue SKYNET, kalau SKYNET lodge polis report, baru dia boleh ambil tindakan seterus menyiasat suspek tersebut. TAPI SKYNET tak hirau langsung case ini, Manager dia tu percaya POSMAN nya (seperti saya kata dulu loh). Saya seprti BOLA ditendang ke mana-mana saja..... dulu kata report police minta dari Skynet/EMS, lepas tu saya diarah oleh polis sue company pula..... Ini lah cara-cara mereka selesai masalah?????

Yes You are right. All buyers and sellers should stop using EMS, i have also experienced 2 case of lost content using SINGAPORE EMS. They push all the blaim to their agent in malaysia but nobody really knowing what is happening. Their action and investigation are also slow and resultless.

Now i have stopped using EMS, even normal singpost registered mail is safer than EMS.

I dont have experience like this..

but in logically be4 u receive the package u must ensure the envelope must be in the good condition right?
than u can sign the consignment note...

but if u sign it be4 checking the package either it is spoil or not, no wonder la abang sarjan misai tu tak bulih buat apa2 lagik....

this SKYNET (the Terminator System huh??!!) have a proof that u already consider the delivery is in good condition..
i'm not backing this bloody fukkerr SKYNET!.. but i think mana2 company pun mesti ada problem barang2 hilang becoz of staff attitude..

so.. in this case, either u or skynet or singpost cannot do anything lor..

if i'm the manager of skynet, i will apologize my customer and in the same time will terminate my spoil Terminator.. ;P
but...
for sure i cannot help my customer to claim their lost from the company insurance!
becoz u have already declared receiving the things in good condition....
