about changes....hmmm......dont really know........cos i take elken supplements too and some of it are for the skin too........so will have to wait and see. |

tapi kan, kan, kan...adoiii lemahnya aku...
awat bau dia kuat sangat.. i feel kalau air tu tadak that spice smell, i will be able to gulp it down...tp sbb bau rempah tu kuat sangat, den tatahan...rasa mual and loya ajer nak telan...last2 leh telan seket jer, the rest adik ku baham...hehe...
i tried mix it alone with water, takleh tahan..
i tried with cold tea, it was horrible...yucks...
now maybe has to try with soya milk ..maybe will be bearable...
coz i cant imagine it mix with sunquick, coz of my experience with tea...
hurm, anyone yang can help me out? coz i badly want to be able to drink this...cuma tu mmg my weakness since dulu...suysah seket nak nelan ubat in liquid form, lagi suka tablet or capsule..help help plz |

purchase the organic orange or apple powder...........mix it together ....so u either get the orange or apple taste.......been doing that since i started and its so easy to drink |

rm45 member price........to tell u the truth.....i dont know the smell or taste of the organic drink cos i have been drinking it with the orange and apple powder since the beginning hehehehe.........but of course dont expect the taste like orange juice ya |

OK,
after dah 3 hari guna Melilea ni, me makan 2-3 times each day, around 1 scoop setiap kali,
mmg takde noticeable result on weight or skin...tp me since past 3 weeks mmg ada bad cough...sinusitis tgh menggila....tiap2 pagi bangun mmg banyak sangat kahak....batuk sampai rasa nak pecah dada...
me makan antibiotik pun tak effective sangat...tapi since yesterday, alhamdulillah sangat...dah berkurang sangat batuk and kahak tu...better sangat... |

seb baik haku penah taste yg lagi teruk dari ni.... so boleh la telan lagi melilea nih......
dulu campo ngn soy milk powder die... tapi terasa rugi sebab ilang rase susu soya die... mahal soya nih hehehe
so now... campo ngn 1/2 or 1 peket nestum 3-in-one tuh..... and tambah quaker oats sket....
so makan cam makan nestum... takde la minum..... gigit2 sket seblum telan....
the best way la for me (ngn nestum tu)..... kalau tak campo pape, mmg suxxx.... kalau campo oren, agak pelik laaa.....
dah la haku ni lambat nak minum... slow je...... cepat je die memejal, geli plak.... tuh yg layan cam nestum tuh.... |

bulan ni... takde outbreak acne cam last month....
tapi byk gile faktor lain yg diubah.... so taktau aa sebab melilea or not....
weight... turun 3-4 kilo.... sebab tak makan mende ngarut, and minum plain water je.....
so still cannot say, ianye disebabkan melilea or the healthy dieting....
exercise tak start lagi (gym membership starts next month)....... |

aku dah seminggu lebih start makan botol kedua.. berat badan start aku update aritu, dah turun lagi 2 kilo.. tapi start ni dah mula lambat turun, biasa la. dah sampai fasa "liat".. 2 kilo tu makan sebulan gak.. :nerd:
masalah kulit aku pun dah beransur pulih. dah takde yang part luka2 (dah kering) especially kat tapak kaki la... aku rasa lepas ni aku nak continue je selagi aku mampu makan milelia ni.. sebab nampak serasi dengan aku.. takyah aku makan makanan tambahan lain, cukup le ni satu.. hehe.. :bgrin: |

aku kesian gak ngan korang yang payah nak telan milelia nih. takpe la try an error, bila dah dapat cara minum yang sesuai, senang sket.
nasib baik tekak aku ni jenis sumbat semua menda.. yang pahit, yang hanyir, yang payau, yang pekat, yang likat, semua aku belasah. apatah lagi kalau yang "sedap". pendek kata tolak batu kayu je.. tu pasal la badan mudah di-pam-pam.. :lol |
