upah le customer care dept yg handle komplen ni..pastu tu invest la pi hantar kursus camne handle komplen..

Customer tu patut bawa tudung FaREEDA tersebut ke Admin or Mawart ni
pastu amik pisau, kikis tag tu depan Mawar..
sekali betol tag tu boleh di kikis..kasi saman la itu butik Fareeda

tapi kalau jadi sebalik nya..
sila la jual bulu, kalau kena saman balik

they should trained the workers on how to talk and deal with the customers. takkan main hentam gitu je. yang dapat nama buruk brand FAREEDA tu sendiri walaupun salahnya dari pekerja mereka.

p/s: i bukan penyokong or peminat FAREEDA, MAWAR OR FIZO. but this is about business ethics.

Aduyai teruk seklai pr tu.

Apa salahnya kalau jawab,

Tudung fareeda tidak boleh cuci dengan mesin hanya sesuai cucian tangan. Cik puan cuci bagaimana pula? Mohon bawa ke kedai utk kami periksa.
