Well I do see people did not do exercise but just do walking, paling tepat adalah FBW dimana akan di share in near future and they can drop the weight too.

Second topic for today is Sugar

Stop consuming SUGAR. As sugar contains no essential vitamins or minerals to help break down the substance in our body, we are simply stealing from our bodies’ other sources to break this down. Hence, we are taking away from our fat burning ability, just to counteract the useless calories we have just ingested. Not only does sugar contain no nutritional value for us, it also causes our blood sugar levels to rise drastically followed by a sudden drop in insulin, which then leaves us feeling low. We also feel hungry (often for something more sweet) to accommodate for the loss in energy, which then drives us to eat more than what we need but without the energy or motivation to burn it off.

So avoid sugar, it is NOT good for you! In fact, processed sugars are completely void of any benefit to our body. The body changes sugar into 2 to 5 times more fat in the bloodstream than it does starch.

Personally the only time I eat sugar is when I drink my instant cofee in the morning.

Sugar can be identified as maltose, glucose, dextrose, fructose, sucrose, molasses & even honey. But do bare in mind, honey still consider as clean.

If I make banana bread or eat my protein pancake, I will use Rice Malt Syrup or Coconut Nectar instead to replace any type of sugar and to replace honey. But I do see fitness people still using honey as an option. So if you working hard (exercise buat gym), you can consume honey.

sy pun pernah amalkan herbalife.. berat memang turun tapi tu lah tk larat nak consume for the rest of my life!..after stop herbalife..berat pun naik le semula...so sekarang ni nk try control portion mkn tu..umo pun dh dkt 40 kena jaga la sbb lutut pun dh rs sakit..

Melonmadu .. Consume calcium supplement and drink it before you sleep.

I did not drink cow/goat milk (boleh muntah minum).

Beside my clean eating ... Mutia buat smoothie untuk mid-morning meal atau mid-afternoon meal. Everyday mutia akan consume superfood. Another supplement yg mutia ambil fish oil dimana minum after my protein shake (pada hari exercise) atau after lunch (pada hari tak exercise). My last suppelement is multivitamin ... Mutia berjaya jumpa yg clean (boleh tengok kat instagram mutia the picture).

Spirulina also is good supplement untuk diambil but currently I did not take it

Sama la selalu workout kat bilik je.. ada masa baru pergi fiancee punya gym.. he always monitor my schedule, time table for diet, routine workout, I feel so thankful. When I lost, dia yg akan membimbing sy kembali ke pangkal jalan.huu

Teruja membaca disini... moga semangat mengambil clean food meresap dlm diri saya...
I m 40 yrs old mummy with 3 kids (13, 11 & 4). Skg sy da mls betul nak jaga pemakanan... hasilnya  berat bdn meningkat ke 60kg... huhuhu... sedangkan masa anak dara around 45-47kg jer... anak sorang maintain 48kg.. anak dua 50kg.. lps bersalin anak ke3 4yrs ago... peningkatan yg tak henti2...
Hingga kini xde semangat langsung nak kawal pemakanan...
Moga hasil nukilan mutia dpt menaikkan semangat sy....

Hi mutia. Apa kabar? U ade FB or blog x? I want to follow. Nice thread. Actually i mmg suka dgn healthy lifestyle.
I pun skrg mmg struggle utk amalkan gaya hidup sihat but progress sgt slow, sometimes mmg ke laut dan lupa diri
especially bila mkn dgn kwn2. Lucky me, im not a big eater but when im feeling happy, ill eat a lot compare when
i stress or unhappy. Cuma satu saja tabiat yg mmg i dr dulu nk buang iaitu minum minuman manis. Boleh dikatakan
averaga 2x per a day ill drink coffee or tea. Plg suka definately teh tarik or nescafe. Mcm mana ni? Susah sgt nk
tinggal. Tahu mmg x bagus tp mmg wajib ambil utk bg tenaga. Pastu lps mkn nasi wajib minum minuman
manis Kt luar mcm tea o panas. Mindset mmg wajib minum minuman manis. Klu order teh tarik, mesti ckp nk yg
manis. I suka sgt minum minuman manis mutia, u surirumah ke?

best2....ada guide gini.

Me pun tengah dalam usaha untuk slim down. Target > 5kg in 5 month

bit struggle coz me tengah breastfeeding, not so into strict diet.
but me take alfalfa, lecithin & 1 meal replacement for day....haiyooo series susah nak tahan craving, tambah lagi kalau u in the cookies/dessert biz.

Genetically, keluarga semua rendah & rendang with pear shape , kakak2 semua before pregnant semua cun je badan, after deliver; dari size S terus g XL . Dun want to be like them...plus bila badan berat susah nak buat banyak aktiviti & selalu sakit tumit.

Nie effect yg Sugar mutia tulis kat previous page .. your body want more sugar coz insulan drop.

teh tarik used to be my favourite drink but now not anymore. Trick apa yg mutia pakai untuk hilangkannya ... mutia bayangkan everytime mutia minum teh tarik, my waist also ditarik lebih lebar

Cuba cari stevia ... maybe you akan suka rasanya ... so order o dan kosong lepas tue you put the stevia. Stevia mutia jumpa ada di jual di cosway dalam betuk easy to bring to anywhere.

Mutia still minum instant coffe in the morning but using small cup. Only in the morning while eating breakfast.

Since ada anak ketiga, I become suri rumah dan buat business from home

Tak yah ambil meal replacement .... I pun tak ambil ... the only time ambil meal replacement, untuk mid-afternoon meal (jam 3 petang) jika rushing nak keluar.

Your baby is the first priority right now .... just jaga your makanan supaya only clean food yg you makan. Healthy baby, Happy mother

Ada tak soalan apa tue clean eating? atau sudah faham?
