Wah cantiknya kek.
Sy pun dah pernah wat kek buah kukus, ikut recepi kak liza masa raya yg lepas.
Itu fist time sy buat dan tak sangka menjadi.
Buah pun elok je serata tp sayang sungguh lupa nak ambik gambar.
Mana taknya abis kukus je dah pkl 3 pg.
Kepala dah pening2 lalat sbb ngantuk.
Bangun pagi dah sibuk2 siapkan tuk org datang raya plak.
rasa dia mmg sedap dan tahan lama.

lama bebetulllll tak tengok posting cikgu kita ni..sihat dah?
betul...hannan pun beli kek yang rege 20 hengeet ni..pos dari johor..
dicampur dengan pos laju..jadi rm27...rasanya pun ok...tapi kawan yang tolong order ni..
kita bayar duit je lah ..tak tau lokasi yang setepatnya...rasanya pun not bad...
tak taulah dia buat pusingan modal camana...
kat seremban memang tak dapat rege tu....

Kek Buah Keju resepi bebop....sedapppp!! Boleh rendam mixed fruit tu lama skit. So buah tu lagi lembut. 2 atau 3 hari pun ok. TQ bebop!!



Kita guna bundt tube pan. Taburkan roasted sliced almond at the bottom of baking pan sebelum tuang dough.

Lama tak buah kek buah...so semalam kita buat kek buah kukus basah ambil resepi Diana. Dah banyak kali buat ikut resepi Diana nie.....
kukus 4 jam....ini gambar nak share......

minggu lepas buat kek buah keju bebop. memang sedap.

ada yang tanya dibakar pada suhu brp darjah & tempoh membakar -- saya bakar satu jam, suhu 160.

tiru kak liza, tabur hirisan badam kat atas, pose gambar pun ada sikit tiru kak liza he he.. kak liza jgn marah ye...

saya ada soalan tentang kek ni, harap2 ada sifu yang masuk thread ni tolong jawab. kek ni ada keju kan, agak2 boleh tahan diluar peti sejuk tak? dalam berapa hari boleh tahan ye kalau dibalut dengan foil?
