    passion... sy pun tgh menyediakan Japanese sweet bun resepi dlm blog normasri, skrg ni tgh tunggu proses pengembangan yg terakhir sebelum masuk oven... tak guna BM, lenguh tgn ni menguli td.. harap2 jd le mcm passion punya bun tu... nmpak menarik

Guna kudrat pun sebenarnya roti boleh lembut dan gebus...ada teknik dia utk menguli adunan yang menggunakan tepung high protein ni...salah satu teknik yang paling mudah ialah teknik bantingan..pernah tgk tak makcik2 zaman dulu membasuh baju di tepi sungai...kan dia guna teknik bantingan dalam membasuh pakaian2nya..kita boleh gunakan teknik tersebut dalam menguli doh roti kita guna kudrat ni...cubalah..hasilnya mmg marbeles...

    anis, sy dah buat jg teknik bantingan tu, caranyer mcm baling2 tu kan, tak tahu le mgkin tgn sy ni keras kot and ni le first time sy buat roti.. atau kalau kita terlebih bakar ada tak kemungkinan roti kita tu keras sikit, sbb nyer permukaan bun sy tu hitam le sikit... atau kalau kita tak perap lama, mcm dlm resepi dia kata 1 jam tp sy biarkan tepung utk naik tu x smpai 1 jam (kes nk siap cepat, anak2 dah tunggu nk ngap), anyway.. thanks anis, kalau ada apa2 pehtua lg blh le share2 yek... sy ni bdk br belajar (w/pun umur dah mak budak ... hehehe)

mama, bukan baling2 tapi membanting...pegang hujung doh kemudian banting2kan dia sampai kita rasa doh tu lembut/lemas...anis pernah guna teknik ni masa belum beli BM...roti mmg lembut gebu...menguli kena lama pun tips utk dapatkan roti lembut...biarkan naik terlalu lama pun roti rasa tak sedap

uiksss..pakai hand mixer cap apa?tak meletup ke menguli roti...pernah pakai sekali hand mixer nak uli roti la kononnya..x smp 10 minit terus berasap..langsung jahanam...   husband gelak tak hengat dunia...hahaha...!

saya sokmo guna teknik ni bila uli roti.(dah x de BM)..bunyi pup pap pup pap(sy guna bekas).....memula doh melekit dan melekat kat jari...pastu bila uli camni, lama kelamaan doh jadi elastik, dan tgn kita pun jadi clean termasuklah bekas uli tu...


enjoy uli camni...walaupun doh dah elasttik....trus gak uli konon2nya nanti roti lagi lembut...sampai my mum cakap, ish teruknya uli, x payah buat roti selalu, letih tengok...saya kata best apa uli2 ni...my mum kata, nanti Mak beli BM...hehe

alya, gaji tak naik2...harga barang lak semakin mencanak2 naik harganya...jadi kena ler berkorban buat sendiri jer kat rumah...anis guna resepi ambik kat sini jugak..dua2 resepi kat bawah ni anis dah try buat...dua2 sedap lemak berkrim.Anis tambahkan tepung jagung utk dapatkan biskut yg lebih rangup...selamat mencuba ya...





Cracker Bread

    * 3 cups Stronghold flour
    * 1/2 ts Salt
    * 2 ts Baking powder
    * 3/4 cup water
    * 1/4 cup Melted butter

Into a medium bowl measure the flour, salt and baking powder. In a small bowl, emulsify with a fork, the water and melted butter. Combine the liquid and dry ingredients well with a fork, then let the dough rest to absorb moisture.
Lightly flour a rolling pin. Roll the dough out into a 22- by 14-inch rectangle, about 1/16-inch thick. Using a fork, prick the dough all over to release trapped air and keep the dough flat. With a pizza wheel or sharp knife, cut the dough into 2-inch squares or other shapes, or cut shapes with a 2-inch cookie cutter.
Using a spatula, transfer the crackers to the prepared baking sheets. Bake until the crackers are light brown and firm to the touch, 15 to 20 minutes, switching the positions of the sheets halfway through the baking time. When the first two sheets are finished, remove them, and bake the third one as directed. Cool completely.


Cream Craker

1 cup flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups quick rolled oats
1/2 cup softened butter
1/2 cup milk

sift dry ingredients together;
cut in butter thoroughly ( I did this all in my food processor);
gradually add milk until dough is formed;
roll dough on lightly floured surface to 1/8 thickness; (I let mine chill in the fridge a couple of hours before rolling)
place on greased baking sheet at 375 for 12-15 minutes or until slightly browned; (i rolled out the dough and cut into circles using a small wine glass, and re-rolled scraps...

Kak kacip....resepi tu dah ada dalam arkib...anis ambik resepi tu kat sana...cuma mungkin kekawan yg lain terlepas pandang resepi tersebut...gambor tu bukan dari koleksi anis ya...maaf, sebab tak inform kat situ...

Dea, gambor tu bukan dari koleksi anis...tapi hasil biskut yg anis buat lebih kurang begitu lah jugak..x sempat nak snap gambor tu hari..sekejab jer dah licin...maklum ler makan biskut panas2...mmg sedap..sekarang semua nak kena buat sendiri...dari tak pandai jadi pandai buat...tapi resepi tu mmg jadik...cuma anis tambah tepung jagung jer nak bagi lebih rangup...
