The final episodes of Heartstrings….

It’s been reported that today’s filming for Heartstrings took place at a college. It seems like this school is a dance academy. In the scene, Kyu Won appears to have longer hair. Both Shin and Suk Hyun look really handsome and dashing. Kyu Won is seen practising in the dance studio alone. Shortly after, she receives a phone call from Suk Hyun saying, “Long time no time, shall we meet up?” After her dance practice, she bumped into Yoon Su and the latter told her, “It’s been a long time since we last met. So many years have gone by and you haven’t changed a bit…".

sepatutnya minggu nie sampai epi16...tapi kan dah ada special episode time PSH masuk hospital tu
tu yg sampai epi15 je...mudahan continue sampai 2 jam

psh ni rambut panjang nmpk mature. rambut pendek mcm dlm heartstrings, nmpk cute and young. but aku lg suka dia dlm heartsrings nampak comel sgt. pretty without plastik surgery.

Kyu Won sings backstage for Heeju. In the audience, some people know what's going on and some don't, but they are all very touched. The professors are relieved because the show is going on well. Heeju is touched too and sheds tears, Gyu Won cries while singing. Shin seems to know what's going on...

more thorough translation about the photo script
According to the photo script, these were the scenes for the ending of Ep 13 or rather the start of Ep 14 of Heartstrings.

here's the translation :

During the musical performance. . .
Scene 68 : Ki Young was looking at Hee Joo as she opens her mouth to sing, with an uneasy feeling.
Scene 69 : Kyu Won was seen singing with such an emotional feeling
Scene 70 : Initially, the audience seems worried but all of them were very shocked when they realised what was happening (referring to Kyu Won being the back up singer for Hee Joo). Some of them seem to be aware of what’s going on while others are oblivious. Nonetheless, Kyu Won’s singing deeply touched the audience’s hearts.
Scene 71 : All of a sudden, Hee Joo was seen breaking down into tears.
Scene 72 : Kyu Won was singing with such great emotions that tears were seen rolling down her face.
Scene 73 : While Shin was performing on the stage, he was also fully aware of the whole situation.
The song ended. . .the musical was a success.

공연을 마친 신과 규원 일행에게 앨범 제작을 하자는 공연 관계자, 고민 끝에 국악 대전에 나가기로 한 규원, 손에 통증을 느낀 신을 결국 쓰러지는데....

After the musical was over, the staff put forward the proposal to Shin and Kyu Won that the Stupid Band’s and the Windflowers’ joint performances would be made into an album. After much consideration, Kyu Won decided to take part in the traditional music competition. As Shin’s hand (wrist) was causing him much pain, hence he fainted.
