Debt, deficit & rhetoric of 2013 budget
Although PM YAB Najib says that the 2013 Budget is not to fish for votes, the rhetoric lambasting the Opposition lasted for over 20 minutes. It can only be passed in the Lower and then the Upper House by the end of December, 2012. The RM251.6 bil budget has a deficit of RM43bil. National debt is over RM456 bil. Both deficit & debt make the people wonder how the goodies will be paid & how the rhetoric implemented.
Hutang, defisit & retorik bajet 2013
Walaupun PM YAB Najib menegaskan bahawa Bajet 2013 bukan untuk memancing undi, retorik menjolok Pembangkang adalah lebih 20 minit. Ia hanya boleh dilulus di Parlimen pada hujung bulan Disember, 2012. Defisit untuk Bajet RM251.6bil ialah RM43 bil. Hutang negara adalah lebih RM456 bil. Rakyat khuatir defisit & hutang ini, cara durian runtuh dibayar & retorik dilaksanakan.
