Nak cari gym partner

Hello all,

Intro sikit. Sy ni mmg underweight kaw2, tinggi 188cm berat 60kg dan memang begini sejak azali. Rajin jugak try weight gain or protein powder mcm2 paling lama 3 bulan tp x penah menjadi. Ada org ckp sbb x workout so x naik. Maybe betul kot sbb mmg sy makan benda2 tu without working out. Ada gk org cakap lepas blend benda tu kena minum dlm 10 minit tp sy kadang2 nk abiskan amik setangah jam gk la kalau 700ml tu. Last2 buff pun tidak, boroi pun tidak. The problem is xde motivation nak workout or gi gym sbb my friends mostly yg gi gym ni either yg badan diorg normal/chubby nak buat shape or yg gemuk nak kurus. Takde yang sama goal mcm saya. Rasa segan tu ada gak la kalau nk gi sorang2. Bila dah x workout maybe selera makan xmau bertambah la kot and muscle xmau develop (just teori).

So saya rasa kali ni saya give it one more shot, all or nothing. I'm reaching out to strangers la. Sape2 yang boleh jd partner yg mempunyai goals yang sama hopefully kita bole arrange something la. Like I said awal2 tadi, mmg sejak azali sy pnya fizikal underweight kurus tinggi. Now I'm 30 years old. So xde nak bercita2 besar sangat. Asalkan dpt hit ideal weight dah happy dah. Results!

Ni plan utk lepas raya. My location is USJ. So kalau location within subang, shah alam, puchong tu cun la tu. Tak kisah gym commercial or gym kecik2 tp dengar org cakap generally gym2 kecik lebih fokus la.

Workout dan ambil supplement.. maybe  ambil weight gain dulu bagi bulk body... bile dah sampai target berat yg diinginkan,around 80kg or 90kg then baru buat cutting.. mase cutting phase makan kene jaga betol..

Ha bro, bende yang ko cakap tu adalah sebiji mcm plan aku pada asalnya tp tak penah menjadi. Aku dh penah try ambik weight gain and protein powder paling maximum try 3 bulan tp xde result. Maybe naik 1kg la kot tp mmg sgt negligible. Aku amik bende2 tu tanpa workout dgn harapan just nak bagi gemuk then later baru gi shape. Tapi sekadar impian and teori je la benda tu, mission failed. Yang aku penah try adalah:

1) Appeton weight gain beli 3 tin (ni more than 5+ years ago masa muda2 hehe)
2) Nutralife Weight gain yang jual kat guardian, beli 3 balang.
3) ON serious mass 12 lbs, beli 3 pek.

So sebab tu skrg aku dah sampai pada konklusi maybe aku kena workout jugak utk nk force growth. So wujudlah thread ni utk cari gym partner dgn strangers hehe.

bro ni jangan takat amek mass je
tapi bro kene ade caloric surplus
aku macam kau jugak dulu
makan macam biasa n amek mass

tapi tak naik2..rupanya kalori surplus takde
so sambil workout sambil kene paksa makan so aku dapat at least 3000 kcal sehari

dalam 1 bulan ramai dah perasan

btw aku x g gym pun main kat rumah je beli dumbell setel

Untuk beginner ni kau google one hundred pushups
Kau follow routine
Lepas tu kau tambah arms,back ngan leg..ni kene pakai dumbell

Isnin buat arms n shoulder
Selasa rehat
Rabu back
Khamis rest
Jumaat leg
Sabtu and ahad rest

Hari kau workout sila makan kaw2

Sumbat calorie yes..kalau kau nak cepat dipanggil dirty bulk..cume nanti kau kene cut balik..and please protein pun kene ade gak bukan calories semata

Ce kire ttde atau maintanance calorie..google je ade calculator die..pastu makan 500 calorie lebih dari maintanance calorie..
Tapi style aku, aku hentam 3k calories sehari mase bulk..hehehe

mcm2 jenis weight gain..

yg mahal, yg murah.. since zaman study lagi..

last jumpe doc, then die kate kene lemak dlm bdn aku almost 0..

so kene bnyk mkn mcm dging ke, telur..

lagi elok mkn bende tu dari amik supplement..

workout tue penting gak.. bina otot..

bia tak de lemak, janji ade muscle.

I see bro. Jenis org mcm kita ni mmg metabolisme rev sampai redline la. So kalau nk makan mmg betul2 kena sumbat kaw2 la, mencabar gk sebenarnya.

menarik topic nie.... nak share dan mintak pandangan korang..awal tahun nie, berat aku 78kg.. dan boroi.. so, aku control makan.. cut nasi dan gantikan dengan oat.. dan aku amik fat burner untuk burn fat ... aku jugak buat weight training kat rumah dan consume whey protien untuk build up muscle, cardio 3 kali seminggu untuk burn fats dan naikkan metaboilisme. Selain tu, aku banyak amik protien.. telur putih 2 biji setiap pagi, susu soya, bayam,brokoli dan buah-buahan macam pisang dan epal setiap hari.. now berat aku dah reduce ke 68kg.. tapi aku rasa badan aku terlalu kurus lak.. aku tak boleh buat cutting body walaupun muscle bicep dan tricep aku dah terbentuk.. sekarang aku amik mass weight gainer 600 kcal.. tapi aku rasa berat aku still maintain.. tak dapat apa yang aku aim.. matlamat aku nak dapatkan semula 78kg tu dan bentuk otot dan maintain bodyfat aku kepada 12% (kalau boleh).. tapi aku rasa badan aku susah nak naik semula.. puas dah aku bedal nasi dan makan banyak tapi dah 3 minggu still maintain 68kg.. nyesal lak aku reduce weight..

aku tak pernah ke gym, tapi aku rasa dah sampai masanya aku ke gym lepas raya nie.. cuma masalahnya aku takde kawan.. aku newbie.. malu lak nak g gym sorg sebab aku tak tau how to start dengan equipment kat gym tu..
