Smelly (at times BV does not emit smelly discharge) + green / brown or other color + not itchy -> bacterial infection -> antibiotics

White (cottage cheese texture) + itchy  -> candida infection -> antifungal (1 pill or dose it not enough). Most doctors prescribe only 1 dose. If the colony is not totally eliminated, the chances of recurring with more virulent fungal is more serious and maybe the antifungal will not work anymore. This type of microorganism is smart.

Things to do
1.        Wear 100% cotton panties
2.        Wear unscented pantiliners.
3.        Wash external part with water only
4.        Always ensure that the area is completely dry. Do not put any talcum powder.
5.        When done with no 2, wash and wipe from front to the back. Not the other way round. As the bacteria  
        from the faeces may enter the vagina.
6.        During bath, clean the area with gentle soap free soap, with no fragrance. You may purchase these types
        of liquid soaps at the pharmacies. Remember to wash externally only.
7.        Eat probiotics (for lactose intolerant) and yoghurt diligently.
8.        Drink coconut water, this will boost the immune system and ward off any pathogens (other than normal
        flora). Coconut water is also known to treat (doctors wont recommend) UTI. As most cases of BV, one
        tends to get UTI as well (2 holes are close to each other).
9.        Eat garlic pills (natural type of antibacterial, antifungal).
10.        Go for vaginal swab to identify the culprit. Most doctors tend to prescribed the antifungal pill without
        testing. Refer to the note above.

Things to avoid
1.        Avoid having intercourse with the infected partner until the partner is fully healed/recovered. Else
        treatment must be done for both partners. Men sometimes do not show symptom. So when only one
        partner goes for treatment, the other one shows no symptoms then there is a chance of reinfection if
        partner engages in intercourse.
2.        Avoid high sugar/carbs food. Sugar or high carb food is the source of food for the pathogens. The only
       “pantang” is high carb food. Other than only hearsay and not scientifically proven. Bread containing yeast
       (saccharomyces cerevisiae) already dead when you subject it to very high heat in the oven. Fungal
       infections usually cause by candida albicans or rare cases candida gibralta. So no such thing as eating   
       bread (saccharomyces cerevisiae) and thrush cause by saccaharomyces cerevisiae in bread. But high carbs
       (in bread/white rice/sweets etc) will be converted to sugar hence becoming a source of food for pathogens
       in the vagina.
3.        Do not wear other than cotton panties as other material collect and store moisture.
4.        Do not wear scented pantiliners.
5.        Do not “dig” to clear whatever is inside as it may interfere with the normal flora. Wash externally only as
        the vagina has its own cleaning mechanism.
6.        Do not use any feminine wash as it may interfere with the normal flora (in the v area). Many feminine
        wash contains antibacterial which kills the good bacteria. This will cause pathogens (bad bacteria) to
        invade and infect.

Akak pernah dengar tak org kata nenas batu ni bagus utk merancang keluarga?

Nenas biasa pun boleh ya? Sbb saya pernah trbaca pasal nenas batu ni bagus utk merancang keluarga. Tu yg try tanya. Nk dekat khwin ni. Klu boleh nk gna cara alternatif dri pil, inject dll

Nenas ni cuci perut sbb tajam, yg rosak kandungan. Bukan nya cegah hamil pun. Xnak hamil suruh pasangan pancut luar atau pakai belon.

Xelok pakai nenas atau apa saja lama2 perut usus jahanam mngkn mandul.

Bagusnya tips u... Sayaaa ada kna yeast infection yg agak teruk juga dulu. Ambil ubat kt farmasi hilang la dlm 90-95%.. Lpas tu tkde sangat tpi klu makan bnda manis sikit je Pun gatal. Lpas tu ada putih2 Mcm daki kt area tu. Sikit sangat.  Tapi still rasa terganggu sbb penyakit kn.. Pergi klinik swasta baru2 ni dpt ubat makan.. Satu ubat tuFluconozole apa entah..  utk 2 minggu.. Sekali je seminggu makan.. Satu lgi Ubat gatal.. Bru je hbis..  Gatal tkde sangat dh.. Tpi still nervous..
Sekarang ni mmg tip top jaga. Kalah jaga muka. Garlic la,  minum cranberry la..

Awak mmg tk gna langsung feminine wash ke? Dlm bnyak2 brand mmg tkde ke yg ok.? Sayaaa ingat nk try tpi mcm 50%2 lgi sbb ada pelbagai pendapat. Ada kta ok asal tk gna hri2.. Ada yg mmg totally against f wash.. Huhu

Dont overdo things ya dear. In moderation  banyakkan makanan berkhasiat. Kurangkan gula dalam makanan dan minuman.

Saya mmg totally against feminine wash. What for wastinf of money.

Saya mmg guna sabun no fragrance. Doctor punya. Qv pun ok. So cuci guna itu saja.

Feminine wash mmg ada bau bauan fragrance. It is just marketing je. Siapa tak nak buat duit? Lagi guna benda bukan2 lagi ganggu flora dalam vagina tu. Itu yg microorganisma lain masuk. Candida or bakteria tidal elok masuk.

Sebaik baiknya cuci saja dengan air banyak. Do not try to korek or insert your fingers. I know ada yg ajar buat gitu. Not wise. Sebab jari ntah apa ada kat jari you masuk, kacau bakteria baik di dalam vagina. Do not ever masukkan jari ke dalam vagina utk cuci cuci.

Tq. Yg pasal gula tu memang 100% betul. Tapi ya Allah susahnya nk jaga. Lagi masa buka penuh dgn bnda manis kat meja. Kita dahlah pantang tengok benda2 manis ni haha.

Basuh tu kena betul betul bersih. Sabun guna yang takde fragrance atau yang paling bagus sabun bayi. Yang penting bila cuci tu , cuci la betul betul. Banyak yang cuci, gosok sikit, pastu basuh dah. Bayang kan pinggan yang melekat penuh dengan saki baki kari, kome pi cuci sikit je, kesan tu still ada. Bakteria walau dalam jumlah yang paling sedikit pun boleh membiak. So ingat... cuci bersih bersih. Tak payah guna pencuci wanita yang mengarut tu.  - Sekadar nasihat
