NEW YORK - Kiev tidak dapat memberi jaminan laluan selamat untuk pasukan penyiasat antarabangsa memasuki kawasan nahas pesawat Malaysia Airlines Penerbangan MH17 yang ditembak jatuh di timur Ukraine Julai lepas kerana ia tidak selamat, kata Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.
Perdana Menteri berkata perkara itu dimaklumkan kepada beliau oleh Perdana Menteri Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk ketika mereka bertemu di Pertubuhan Bangsa-Bangsa Bersatu (PBB) di sini.
Kiev juga tidak dapat menyediakan jadual konkrit bilakah pasukan penyiasat antarabangsa boleh memasuki kawasan nahas, kata Najib pada Rabu (Khamis di Malaysia).
Najib berkata Yatsenyuk memberitahunya, tembakan dan letupan masih berterusan di timur Ukraine walaupun perjanjian gencatan senjata dilaksanakan.
Sejak dari mula lagi Ukraine Govt memang kalau boleh tak nak sapa sapa datang masuk.. they keep on shelling the area and nearby area.. puak rebel tak ada masalah..

Dutch Intellectuals Apologize to Putin for Lies on MH17, Syria, Ukraine...
A letter sent by a prominent Dutch Professor to Russian president Vladimir Putin has attracted much media attention in Europe. The letter was written by Professor Cees Hamelink and signed by dozens of Dutch intellectuals and professors. Below is the letter in its entirety.
Dear Mr. President Putin,
Please accept our apologies on behalf of a great many people here in the Netherlands for our Government and our Media. The facts concerning MH17 are twisted to defame you and your country.
We are powerless onlookers, as we witness how the Western Nations, led by the United States, accuse Russia of crimes they commit themselves more than anybody else. We reject the double standards that are used for Russia and the West. In our societies, sufficient evidence is required for a conviction. The way you and your Nation are convicted for 'crimes' without evidence, is ruthless and despicable.
You have saved us from a conflict in Syria that could have escalated into a World War. The mass killing of innocent Syrian civilians through gassing by ‘Al--‐Qaeda’ terrorists, trained and armed by the US and paid for by Saudi Arabia, was blamed on Assad. In doing so, the West hoped public opinion would turn against Assad, paving the way for an attack on Syria.
Not long after this, Western forces have built up, trained and armed an ‘opposition’ in the Ukraine, to prepare a coup against the legitimate Government in Kiev. The putschists taking over were quickly recognized by Western Governments. They were provided with loans from our tax money to prop their new Government up.
The people of the Crimea did not agree with this and showed this with peaceful demonstrations. Anonymous snipers and violence by Ukrainian troops turned these demonstrations into demands for independence from Kiev. Whether you support these separatist movements is immaterial, considering the blatant Imperialism of the West.
Russia is wrongly accused, without evidence or investigation, of delivering the weapons systems that allegedly brought down MH17. For this reason Western Governments claim they have a right to economically pressure Russia.
We, awake citizens of the West, who see the lies and machinations of our Governments, wish to offer you our apologies for what is done in our name.
It’s unfortunately true, that our media have lost all independence and are just mouthpieces for the Powers that Be. Because of this, Western people tend to have a warped view of reality and are unable to hold their politicians to account.
Our hopes are focused on your wisdom. We want Peace. We see that Western Governments do not serve the people but are working towards a New World Order. The destruction of sovereign nations and the killing of millions of innocent people is, seemingly, a price worth paying for them, to achieve this goal.
We, the people of the Netherlands, want Peace and Justice, also for and with Russia.
We hope to make clear that the Dutch Government speaks for itself only. We pray our efforts will help to diffuse the rising tensions between our Nations.

TEN QUESTIONS FOR THE UKRAINIAN AUTHORITIES
1. Immediately after the tragedy, the Ukrainian authorities, naturally, blamed it on the self-defense forces. What are these accusations based on?
2. Can Kiev explain in detail how it uses Buk missile launchers in the conflict zone? And why were these systems deployed there in the first place, seeing as the self-defense forces don’t have any planes?
3. Why are the Ukrainian authorities not doing anything to set up an international commission? When will such a commission begin its work?
4. Would the Ukrainian Armed Forces be willing to let international investigators see the inventory of their air-to-air and surface-to-air missiles, including those used in SAM launchers?
5. Will the international commission have access to tracking data from reliable sources regarding the movements of Ukrainian warplanes on the day of the tragedy?
6. Why did Ukrainian air traffic controllers allow the plane to deviate from the regular route to the north, towards “the anti-terrorist operation zone”?
7. Why was airspace over the warzone not closed for civilian flights, especially since the area was not entirely covered by radar navigation systems?
8. How can official Kiev comment on reports in the social media, allegedly by a Spanish air traffic controller who works in Ukraine, that there were two Ukrainian military planes flying alongside the Boeing 777 over Ukrainian territory?
9. Why did Ukraine’s Security Service start working with the recordings of communications between Ukrainian air traffic controllers and the Boeing crew and with the data storage systems from Ukrainian radars without waiting for international investigators?
10. What lessons has Ukraine learned from a similar incident in 2001, when a Russian Tu-154 crashed into the Black Sea? Back then, the Ukrainian authorities denied any involvement on the part of Ukraine’s Armed Forces until irrefutable evidence proved official Kiev to be guilty. |

KUALA LUMPUR: Lima lagi jenazah warga Malaysia yang nahas dalam pesawat Malaysia Airlines (MAS) Penerbangan MH17 tiba di tanah air dan akan diberi penghormatan dalam Istiadat Ketenteraan di Kompleks Bunga Raya, Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa (KLIA), hari ini.
Lima jenazah yang tiba pagi ini adalah Matthew Ezekial Sivagnanam, pasangan suami isteri Liew Yau Chee dan Lee Kiah Yeen, Meling Anak Mula dan Muhammad Afruz Tambi.
Daripada lima jenazah ini, tiga jenazah dalam keranda, manakala dua jenazah (pasangan suami isteri-Liew Yau Chee dan Lee Kiah Yeen) akan dibawa dalam bekas abu.
Abu Liew Yau Chee dan Lee Kiah Yeen akan dibawa ke Nirvana Sungai Besi manakala jenazah Matthew Ezekial Sivagnanam pula akan dibawa ke St. Fatima Church di Brickfields.
Sementara itu, jenazah Muhammad Afruz dan Meling Anak Mula pula akan diterbangkan menggunakan pesawat C130, masing-masing ke Kuching dan Bintulu.
Setakat ini, 42 jenazah rakyat Malaysia telah berjaya dibawa pulang dan ini bermakna dua lagi jenazah rakyat Malaysia yang masih belum dikenal pasti.
Penerbangan MH17 dari Amsterdam ke KLIA ditembak jatuh di timur Ukraine pada 17 Julai lalu, menyebabkan semua 298 penumpang dan anak kapal termasuk 44 rakyat Malaysia terkorban.
Ikuti istiadat penghormatan jenazah kumpulan keenam jenazah nahas MH17 seperti berikut:
8.58 Pagi: Kesemua mangsa tragedi telah selamat diturunkan. Sesi bertafakur selama seminit bermula.
8.56 Pagi: Keranda milik mendiang milik Lee Kian Yeen dan Meling Anak Mula dibawa turun dan masing-masing akan dibawa ke Nirvana Sungai Besi dan diterbangkan ke Bintulu, Sarawak.
8.52 Pagi: Keranda ketiga milik Allahyarham Muhammad Afruz Tambi yang merupakan anak pasangan kepada Tambi Jiee, 49,dan Ariza Ghazalee, 46, yang turut nahas dalam penerbangan MH17.
8.50 Pagi: Abu milik Liew Yau Chee,50 selamat dibawa turun daripada pesawat dan akan dibawa ke Nirvana Sungai Besi.
8.46 Pagi: Keranda Pertama dibawa turun milik mendiang Matthew Ezekial Sivagnanam,9.
8.42 Pagi: Pesawat komersial, MH19 yang membawa lima jenazah tiba di Kompleks Bunga Raya, KLIA.
8.35 Pagi: Turut hadir untuk memberi penghormatan terakhir kepada lima jenazah yang melibatkan seorang beragama Islam dan empat bukan beragama Islam adalah Menteri Pertahanan, Datuk Seri Hishamuddin Tun Hussein dan Menteri Pengangkutan, Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai. |

MH17: Victim found with oxygen mask on, says Dutch minister

THE HAGUE: One of the victims of Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 shot down in Ukraine in July was found wearing an oxygen mask, the Dutch foreign minister and prosecutors said, raising the possibility that some passengers might have known their plane was doomed.
"You know that somebody was discovered wearing an oxygen mask and had time to put it on," foreign minister Frans Timmermans told a talk show on national television late Wednesday.
Dutch prosecutors confirmed on Thursday they were investigating after the oxygen mask was discovered draped around the person's neck.
"How and when the mask ended up around the victim's neck is unknown," the prosecutors stressed.
"The Dutch Forensics Institute examined the mask looking for fingerprints, saliva and DNA, but the probe has not revealed any result," they said in a letter to victims' families which was published online.
None of the other victims of the fatal crash that killed all 298 on board - 193 of them Dutch - was wearing an oxygen mask, they added.
The Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777 was shot down on July 17 while flying over insurgent-held territory in conflict-wracked eastern Ukraine.
The findings of an initial report by a Dutch-led team of air crash investigators appear to back up claims that the plane was hit by an anti-aircraft missile.
Kiev and the West have accused Moscow-backed separatists of shooting it down with a surface-to-air BUK missile supplied by Russia. Moscow denies the charge and has pointed the finger back at Kiev.
Forensics experts suspended their search for bodies due to clashes between Kiev and the pro-Russian rebels near the crash site northeast of Donetsk, but said they hoped to return once the fighting died down.
Timmermans, the new incoming vice-president of the European Commission, on Thursday said he regretted making the announcement before victims' families had been informed by prosecutors.
"The last thing I wanted to do was increase their pain," he said.
"I should not have said it," Timmermans said in a press release after relatives reacted with horror to his comment.
Prosecutors, who sent their letter in reaction to Timmermans' comment, said they were still investigating the circumstances of the found oxygen mask.
Currently, "no conclusions can be drawn from the discovery," prosecutors said. - AFP

THE HAGUE, Netherlands (AP) — The body of one passenger on Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 was found wearing an oxygen mask, Dutch prosecutors said Thursday, raising questions about how much those on board knew about their fate as their plane went down above eastern Ukraine in July.
The passenger, an Australian, did not have the mask on his face but its elastic strap was around his neck, said Wim de Bruin, a spokesman for the Dutch National Prosecutor's Office, which is carrying out a criminal investigation into the disaster.
De Bruin said Dutch forensic experts investigated the mask "for fingerprints, saliva and DNA and that did not produce any results. So it is not known how or when that mask got around the neck of the victim."
De Bruin said no other bodies from the wreckage were found wearing masks. He said he did not know where the Australian victim had been sitting in the plane.
All 298 passengers and crew died when the jet flying from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur ended up in pieces July 17. Dutch air crash investigators said it was likely struck by multiple "high-energy objects" which some aviation experts say is consistent with a missile strike.
The head of the criminal investigation said the most likely scenario being investigated is that the Boeing 777 was shot down from the ground.
The Australian passenger's relatives were told about the mask as soon as it was discovered but other victims' relatives only heard about it for the first time Wednesday when Dutch Foreign Minister Frans Timmermans mentioned it on a talk show.
After those relatives began calling, the Foreign Ministry issued a statement Thursday saying Timmermans regretted his comments.
"I have an enormous amount of sympathy for the next-of-kin," he said. "The last thing I want to do is compound their suffering." |

Ada masa nak pakai topeng oksigen, bermakna keseluruhan kapal tak meletup atau bersepai serta merta ...
Ini lebih menguatkan teori air-to-air missile + machine gun attacks pada cockpit... yang mana AAM dan canon shot belum cukup kuat untuk bunuh B777 serta merta, tak sekuat SAM yang mempunyai daya letupan yang lebih besar dan kuat
Setelah ditembak di cockpit, kapal akan menjunam, kemudian baru struktur kapal bahagian lain pecah... mungkin juga masa menjunam tu tembakan masih dilakukan ... pada cockpit, sebab tu ada kesan tembakan dari atas cockpit, tembus ke lantai
Teori:
-mula-mula AAM dari belakang tuju ke arah kiri cockpit (bukti kesan shrapnel ada pada gambar cockpit sebelah kiri)
-kemudian 30 mm canon shot dari depan masa menjunam (ada kesan lubang dari atas cockpit, tembus ke bawah lantai cockpit, seperti yang dilaporkan dalam preliminary report)
-kemudian struktur kapal mula pecah, cockpit jatuh awal sebab pecah awal sekali akibat serangan
-bahagian lain pecah lewat sikit di udara, menyebabkan berselerak pada radius 15 km di darat

When an aircraft is depressurised, as this case it was a sudden n rapid decompression, the paxs oxygen masks will automatically deploy. When the cockpit was hit by the missile which incapicitated the pilots and separated the cockpit from the rest of the aircraft, the aft section was still gliding aimlessly to the ground with its front part widely opened. Some of the crew n paxs especially those without seatbelt fasten were expected to be sucked out, while some who were still on their seats were expected to be rendered unconsious by the rapid decomp, strong wind pressure, flying debris etc, out of all, only one managed to have an oxygen mask elastic strap around his neck, obviously he might be seated somewhere near the aft section of the plane which might save him a few seconds of last attempt to put on the oxy mask, but unfortunately they found him without the mask on his face, maybe he didnt live long after the explosion too. |

Tak mampu nak baca latest update ni so saddening.. Tapi hari2 looking forward nak tahu perkembangan MH17 dan MH370. Semoga selepas ni takda lagi tragedi besar. |
