Seni ilusi unik buat ‘bangunan terapung’

Seni Take my Lightning but Don’t Steal my Thunder akan dipamerkan di Covent Garden East Piazza sehingga 24 Oktober ini.

Before entering the market now Covent Garden is an old Victorian mansion, split in the middle and creating the effect of levitation, with whatever side you look. This installation conceived and implemented the British illusionist Alex Chinnek, also known work slips facade.

1. To create a 12-meter soaring ruins took almost 4 months.

2. The design is made of polystyrene using a CNC machine.

3. The lower part of the building is set on the ground, and the upper freely floating in the air. Design can be bypassed on all sides ...

4. The building itself has a very long title - Take my lightning but do not steal my thunder (Take my zipper, but do not touch my thunder).

5. According to the artist, his goal was to create an affordable, but breathtaking architectural works of art, which harmoniously fit into the historical environment of the park, Covent Garden, and make a lasting impression on his many visitors.

6. In the creation of the installation was attended by consultants, architects, civil engineers, manufacturers of metal constructions, skilled carpenters and other workers.

7. The building was delivered to the market in flat packed in trucks and were collected in four days.

8. Crack, tearing the house looks very realistic and feels like a stone. However, noticeable gap honey walls and ceiling.

9. Someone left unfinished juice, and maybe it's just part of the installation.

10. The boy inside the backlight set for tonight's show. Outsiders can not get in here.

11.

12. However, the physical support of the building still exists - in the form of multi-ton counterweight holder and which are hidden in the green cart, you will immediately notice the attentive viewer. It seemed to me at first is not the topic here, but then it became clear
