Dr. Hamid Shimomura Kazuki, Orientalism lead him to Islam. He was influenced by his colleague, a researcher in Islamic studies, then he admitted that Islam has the right to be followed. He loved the history of the Islamic Ottoman Empire, and from there, he reached Islam. Dr. Hamid Kazuki has shared in translating the meanings of Qur'an to Japanese language.
