china telah melancarkan sistem CIPS (cross border inter bankpayment sistem) buat permulaan fasa 1 dengan 10 buat bank terlibat tahun lepas, tapi tahun ini telah meningkat kepada 14 bank seluruh dunia. antara bank asing yang mempunyai subsidiari china ialah Citi bank, [size=15.0015px]Deutsche Bank, HSBC and ANZ.
CIPS will accept payments in cross-border trade, direct investments, financing and personal remittances. The system is open for operations 11 hours a day. The first CIPS transaction was completed by Standard Chartered Bank for Sweden's IKEA.

ini akan memburukkan lagi keadaan petro dollar (US dollar) yang semakin melemah.

China Calls for New Global Reserve Currency to Replace Dollar

In yet another sign of its growing prominence on the global financial stage, China called for a new world reserve currency to replace the dominant dollar.
An ABC news report said China is showing “growing assertiveness” on revamping the world economy:
The surprise proposal by Beijing’s central bank governor reflects unease about its vast holdings of U.S. government bonds and adds to Chinese pressure to overhaul a global financial system dominated by the dollar and Western governments.”
