kalu d shah alam ni..ramai cina fokus di area i city tu jer..hyde tower..parisien tower i sovo semua tuh..situ happening sgt..lrt 3 pun katanya bakal ada stesen kat situ  ..

Aku pelik org kata harga condo,apartment akan naik,naik dan naik..tapi kan..kalo let say kondo dah 30 tahun n kelengkapan n design sume dah outdated mampu lagi lah mantain harga premium? Skrg ni mall or office yg dah berumor from 70an,80an pon byk kena tggal je.dunno whether kondo2 or apartment akan alami nasib sma

Pernah aku g projek mahsing lakeville.kunun bumi unit reject loan..kecik ja..7++ sqft je kot..jual 700-800k after diskaun katanye..pale hotak!tu baru 1st phase..padan muka skrg x laku katanye..giler ko kondo smpai 5,6 block share equipment,access sume pastu jual mahal2.sma konsep padat smpai mampat mcm pprt jah.ko ingat berbekalkan tasik bau smpah tu leh jual mahal2..aku harap benar mahsing ni melingkup

Akak takkan pilih area yg ada lake lake tasik teratai layu di tasik madu bagai nih
Sbb for long term, aku x caya la management akan jaga tasik tu sebaik mungkin
Silap aribulan jd longkang busuk sbb xde mentenen
For 3-5yrs ok la ...kalo lagi 20 thn? Sure hazab
