• Provide customer service support and general enquiries
  
• Handle inbound calls / not telemarketing
  
• To assist customer needs and wants regarding company's product
  
• Provide solutions for customer's complaint
  
  

Requirements:

• SPM / Diploma / Degree holder with experience ( Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply )
  
• Excellent communications in English
  
• Fast learner and able to adapt in-house systems.
  
• Good personality and typing skills.
  
• Excellent in time management and able to multi task.
