lg 1 blh bg date document ni.. bila bajet nih..
seletar airbase is open for public in 1930... means the airbase is constructed earlier..
if the budget is released prior 1930.. i will accept it for further discussion..
if the budget is for upgrade.. means after 1930.. u should know what it means..
budget for upgrading the airbase to cater military operations.. |

disebab kan tak boleh terime kenyataan kos tu lebih murah.. ko pusing2 pulak ckp nak kos meriam laa bagai.. hahahahaaa
