Semua orang nak cantik nak pakai lawa2 style mylo. Untuk menjadi cantik dan berkeyakinan penampilan itu penting termasuklah bentuk badan yang menarik. So jom share tips dan kata2 semangat supaya positive vibe dapat diperluaskan please..

For me, jaga pemakanan, cut minyak, gula dan garam.
Jog, pergy gym, lg berat lg bgus, cpt pembakaran lemak

yes sooo true!! kunci dia gula aje...

to TT... kalo nak kurus, just watch out what u eat... 80% is your diet.. 20% is the exercise... kalo nak keep the motivation continuous, have geng or whatsapp group ke... sharing continuously on your journey & struggle helps with motivating others and yourself...

bila start eat clean ni & tambah pulak dengan exercise... you akan perasan the lemak2 melt away & body lebih tone... kalo amek good protein, u akan perasan part yang you workout tu jadi cantikkk.. mcm u squat & lunges tu kan, u'll see the effect of round booty (butt naik)... toned abs,.. boleh dpt... make sure teknik exercise you betul.. but first, TT kena achieve the target to kuruskan badan je dulu.. then toned sexy body is the bonus...

Tips nak kurus tapi tak suka bersenam : Jangan makan nasi.
Ambil brunch saja.
Balik kerja makan buah. Lepas isyak terus tido. Kang kalau tak tido, mulalah perot berkeronconglah, mulut nak menguyah lah, buh cabai baru tau. Minum air putih secukupnya.

Memang boleh turun berat badan tapi tak pasti ni diet yang sihat atau tak. Tapi kerja iolls memerlukan pergerakan yg aktif tak tahu pulak kalau yg duduk 8 jam ngadap komputer saja boleh turun ke dak

Ya, jgn hangat2 tahi ayam
boleh tu... awl2 cbe kurangkan portion, mcm nasi salu spnggan, kasi half, bykkan sayur, dan sumber protein mcm ikan, ayam etc

sedih kan uols.. iols tgh writing thesis jd menembam je depan laptop perah otak nak menulis jd lapa exercise plak kurang sb xsempat berat makin naik metabolisme da turun agaknye   kena kumpul memontum laju2 utk kembali langsing hehe zumba betul jd ke uols? sape ade pengalaman Zumba?

Iols join zumba 2x seminggu, masuk wadap grup geng zumba...after 8 months turun 8kilos...mmg x byk tp okla sbb mkn x jaga sgt. Mkn nasi cm biasa, cuma kurangkn portion jd suku. Mee goreng, pisang goreng, air manis n ais mmg x amik. Jarang2 sgt

Iols join zumba 2x seminggu, masuk wadap grup geng zumba...after 8 months turun 8kilos...mmg x byk tp okla sbb mkn x jaga sgt. Mkn nasi cm biasa, cuma kurangkn portion jd suku. Mee goreng, pisang goreng, air manis n ais mmg x amik. Jarang2 sgt

Motivasi kita nak kekal kurus ialah supaya kekal sihat...dan dapat derma darah ikut jadual....huhu
masa first year kat Uni, ada lawatan ke Unit Rawatan Dialisis..momen yg sangat menginsafkan bila  tahu pesakit kena duduk kat kerusi tu selama 4 jam, 3 kali seminggu untuk sepanjang hayat mereka!... sebagai seorang yg tak boleh duduk diam,rawatan dialisis adalah sgt menakutkan kita..

dan seseorang yg hensem juga pernah menulis pada kita bahawasanya Health is Wealth, so kita ikut la nasihat beliau itu...to be healthy....hehe..

Buat HIIT pun okay juga tt..kat youtube banyak..in between the writing session buat exercise 15 minutes...lagipun tak bagus kan duduk lama2....huhu

balik keje, alternative to buah2.. try buat simple omellette.. taruk bawang, cilipadi, capsicum, sosej yang minced sikit, cheese kalo nak... pakai 2 biji telur... insyaAllah tahan perut tu sampai pagi esok... protein buat perut lebih full...

i mmg ada join zumba or dancing dalam 2 kali seminggu... join step class 2X seminggu (isnin & jumaat), i ada buat weight lifting / toning jugak 1-2 kali seminggu... cycling sekali seminggu (bonceng anak utk jalan2)... yes.. mmg looks like i exercise almost everyday.. tp i alternate the exercise varying activities... dancing / or zumba tu kira light2 exercise je la, medium impact je... kira hari i buat dancing2 ni kira hari i rehat lah.. yang buat i gigil2 is the step classes & weight lifting...

i nak menambah satu lg rutin kat rumah, on sunday... which is kickboxing.. dulu i biasa attend taekwondo & kickboxing class, tp memandangkan schedule class tak sesuai dengan my timing... so, i buat sendiri aje laa kat rumah,. yg penting i dah tau amende nak dibuat nye & area mana nak ditarget... i suka kickboxing ni sbb dia byk strengthen core muscle... mmg syiok woooo.. boleh dpt garis2 dekat abs (toned) since kita pompuan almost impossible nak dpt 6 pack abs, at least dpt line toning tepi abs kiri kanan & line kat tengah tu dah cukup cun dahhh.. and of course, lebih ramping lah...

weight lifting tu penting sbb nak dpt toned arms & legs... i benciii sgt squat n lunges, tp i paksa diri sbb nak paha cantik & butt naik & round..
tp first and foremost sebenarnya jaga pemakanan lah... when u eat clean, less sugar & salt.. automatic bdn u senang nak buat toning & muscle senang bentuk.. kita takkan jadi buff macam jantan, sbb kita naturally takde testosteron... soo kita takkan bulky cam mr muscle tu...

untuk exercise, i mmg tak ambik any protein dlm bentuk whey powder... cukup lah i amek telur je masa dinner as my protein... penting amek protein ni untuk muscle recovery & jugak buat kita rasa kenyang & kurangkan craving jajan... supplements plak i ada ambik fish oil, multivitamin (kadang2 je) & l-carnitine (ni i hanya amek 10 ml before workout, tu pun kalo teringat nak makan la, kalo tak, i tak ksiah sgt kalo lupa)...

penting jaga body  & keep fit ni sbb nak pakai sexy mexy depan shuben & of course tak letih bila nak make love in various position
BTW, my husband pun kaki sports & gym jugak.. so, automatically i dpt motivation from him jugak
