Nak tanya sapa pernah pakai benda ni..
plan nak pasang kat myvi auto standard jek..
nk pendapat, pasang benda ni atau drop in air filter k&n? mana lebih elok?
nak pasang sebab keter memang dah tak power, pick up takdak.. top pun ala2 jek..

yg ni ganti kotak air filter.. termasuk hose angin masuk kat filter tu..
aku pun tak pandai sgt sebenarnya.. tu nk tny..

kalau enjin standard pakai drop in je...
kalau ko nk juga pakai open pod....ko kena hantar setting balik air flow, fuel flow...pastu tuning kena buat balik......kalau tak nti minyak je lebih performance takde.....selalu budak2 main sarung aje, kalau tanya apa function taktau....
biasanya enjin2 turbo je pakai open pod ni, nk bagi air flow masuk lebih...utk kurangkan panas

kalau enjin standard masuk open pod ni kena setting mcm2 balik la rupanya.. sebab biasa la seller kata plug n play je... brang pun ori bkn local.kata la kalau masuk just plug n play, apa keburukannya utk enjin standard?

kalau masuk drop in k&n ada ke perubahan power keter tu bro? setengah kata takde rasa apa pun?
aku pun bukan la nk bwk keter laju2 g racing.. cuma nk power keter tu balik.. pick up mmg hampeh myvi aku ni..

Nak pakai open pod seperti carbon charger filter tu boleh. Tapi untuk harness kapasiti filter tersebut, kene tambah lagi satu hos/pipe dari bumper depan atau mana2 bahagian yg ada aliran udara pastu disambungkan pada air filter tersebut.

Dengan cara mcmni, saudara dapat maxx kan 'cold air flow'. Sebab udara sejuk/cold air lebih padat dari udara hangat.  Dense cold air --> more mass air-->more air flow --> more fuel to burn-->more combustion-->more horse power created.

Tapi kalo saudara cuma nak pasang cenggitu je tanpa letak hose td..pakai drop-in aje la..untuk dapatkan dense dan air mass tu sukar skit, tapi enjin saudara dapat air-flow sb restriction pada air filter box telah dikurangkan..tapi kalao nak jugak pakai air filter open pod ni, heat radiation dari enjin saudara akan mengurangkan ketumpatan udara yang masuk ke dalam kebuk pembakaran/combustion chamber.

Untuk fuel setting bagi perodua myvi. Tak berapa pasti. Tapi sesetengah ECU ada self learning.

mcm aku ckp la, nk pakai boleh tapi keberkesanan performance tak dijamin takut minyak je lebih...
air flo memang bagus, sebab boleh open....nk try boleh je
dropin ni bagus sikit daripada filter standard, cuma low profile sket...tapi apa yg bagusnya tak perlu tukar selalu mcm standard, boleh pakai dlm jangkamasa yg lama.....bersihkan je, pastu pakai balik
