Performance Improvement Plan or PIP

nak tanya ada tak warga cari forum nie yang pernah kena performance improvement plan or PIP..bese kalau kena PIP ni memang takde peluang langsung ke nak stay..perlu ke resign masa PIP..saya sayang dengan keje nie tapi bila kena PIP ase lemah semangat..tapi kalau resign akan jadi jobless..should I quit myself or wait to be fired..please help..is there any way to beat PIP..nak buat macam mana kalau boss da tak nak..

Boss nak terminate kena ikut flow dalam akta pekerja 1955. Berapa minggu kena bagi notis, sebab musabab yang munasabah, dah bagi tunjuk sebab, HR selidik dan bagi tempoh evaluation
Kalau skip mana-mana kena bayar 10 kali ganda dalam court
Boleh dapatkan pandangan lawyer dulu consultation fee dalam RM300-RM500 untuk nasihat dari segi undang2

Just stay and discuss mana yang boleh improve.. mmg akan down.. sbb kalau kena PIP, increment pun terganggu... tapi kita tgk dulu mcm mana condition kita dan kerja..if rasa tak boleh sgt, mmg kena start job hunting.. ada sesetengah company, manager,HR and employee akan work together for improvement.. ada setengah company (usually local) - PIP ni alasan nk buang kerja.. so you need to see the situation cmna.. your manager ok tak? and kita kena tahu sbb apa kena PIP.. tya betul2..

Pejabat buruh akan refer masalah majikan-pekerja ke Jabatan Perindustrian salah satunya di Shah Alam sebelah bangunan UMNO

Elok terus hubungi Jabatan Perindustrian untuk minta nasihat sebab pegawai situ memang pakar dan tahu serba serbi tentang akta pekerja. Dua minggu terus dia bagi tarikh perjumpaan dengan majikan untuk bincang

Kalau tak dapat kata putus akan naik industrial court jadi RM10k-RM50k pula drag bertahun. Paling rugi majikan kalau disabit kesalahan..boleh pegi 5-6 angka

Mungkin minah boleh ke sana dulu. Dapatkan nasihat, kadang comp ni cari alasan nak berentikan orang, meols syak ja ni.

Dah dapat surat pip ke belum.

Biasanya pip bukan bertujuan nak buang tapi majikan nak bagi kita up balik performance kita. 5% gitu aja yang masuk pip kena buang. Nanti bincang dengan supervisor elok2.

Kerja bank ke?

Ya mungkin dia nak kecilkan kos operasi dengan blame pekerja. Tapi kalau salah cara retrenchment kena bayar pampasan pula

PIP ni camna ye. camna dia select staff yg kena PIP ni. staff yg tak berkebolehan ke? yg takde value..not in potential ke..gitu. atau pon staff yg gaji dah besau sgt.

tak silap i..mmg ada law yg membolehkan ala2 PIP ni..biasanya manufacturing line. kalau VSS..volunteer. tak silap i MMS ke...lupa lah..tak ingat. tp yg ni offer dia lbh banyak dr VSS. better amik..

kalau tak amik..nanti dia retrench awak..lagi rugi nilainya. so far yg saya tau..MMS tu yg plg banyak dari VSS. Retrenchment tu kalau ikut akta kerja ikut LIFO..last in first out. kalau co. yg ada foreign worker..dia buang pekerja asing dulu.

apa pon..try tanya HR awak..atau pejabat buruh. kalau ikut law..mmg co. leh buat PIP lah. tapi tgk berapa pampasan yg awak dpt.
