The next time you are stopped by persons who claimed they are plainclothes police, you are under no obligation to answer their questions or follow their orders, lawyers told Malaysiakini today.

"Policeman who is not wearing his uniform does not have the authority to stop anyone," lawyer and human rights activist Sivarasa Rasiah said.

Secara amnya mmg polis ada hak utk have a look at our ICcoz mane la tau kite xsedar ape yg kite buat silap BUT kite sebagai org umu actually BERHAK utk menyanyakan apa kesalahan yg telah kite lakukan & meminta utk menengok dulu ID mereka sebagai polis utk pengesahan (sbb lately ni pun ramai polis tiruan).

Malaysian police nowadays is more professional and succeeded to gain public trustworthty. I agreed the idea not too hastily belieive what we see prior further checking the person identification. But, bandit dont give a damn!!!...they are capable transform to become  anything etc.. wearing police uniform or duplicating police I.D and so on...My opinion is not to stop at all and drive your car straight to a safers place or to the police station. If you are at home and your gates is open and a person cliam as a policemen .(oh my god, you are in trouble..) you have the right to harm them without any charges incured to you.

adakah kita membaca buku undang2 malaysia?......

memang ramai polis tiruan lately ni... yang patut nengok ic adalah pegawai yg berpangkat pegawai sahaja..itupun kita kena amik id num dorang utk pengesahan saja..mana la tau...tipah tetipu plak nanti..

anyway..no big deal la..polos2 mesia ni memang berwibawa pun...NO DOUBT..

I dont know if u r or others? but for me D just baca buku undang2 mase nak ambik lesen keta dulu, it just that I ckp ape yg I tau within experience & pembacaan & di beritahu.....

bzzts pernah berurusan dengan polis pasal eksiden, rumah masuk pencuri dan kes pecah amanah kat tempat kerja lama.
diorang akan hantar preman (plainclothes) atau uniformed policeman utk buat sisatan susulan.
kebiasaannya dorang akan perkenalkan diri dan tunjukkan pengenalan diorang.
memang apa yg diDiEaNA post tu betul, cuma nak tambah,
1- i/c polis ni tak sama dengan i/c biasa. begitu jugak dengan tentera.
2- Kalau nak amik tindakan tu, hati-hati sikit takut tindakan kita tu boleh trigger diorang(polis palsu) jadi ganas pulak.
