Masalah Mengantuk!!!

i belajar upper six sekarang...exam is around the corner now....one of my problem is i feel very sleepy everytime i study.... is there anything i can do ???

aku dulu time sekolah pun ade masalah cenggini...
tak leh thn beb...cikgu mengjar kat depan....ake tido kat belakang...
kdg2 sepanjang hari tido lam kelas....time rehat tetiba je terjaga seniri....
bila masuk rehat aku tido balik...bgn bila dah nak balik....
teruk betul kan?

standard ah ni..masalah biasa student yg kene ngadap buku....aku sejak masuk U kene ngan kos yg aku minat..takde plak nak ngantuk2..hehee

camni,....ko rajinkan makan Gingko Biloba...lebih kurang ah namanya..cari kat farmasi..kata untuk study..sebab dia melancarkan perjalanan darah..

kurangkan makanan yg berminyak dan minum air banyak-banyak

kalau terpaksa..pergi minum air kopi..lepas exam buang habit minum air kopi ni...

aku slalu gak ngantuk nih..time skolah ke time kat u ke sama jer..ubat aku takde apalaa..abih je kelas tuh aku balik tidooo...

Ice dulu mmg last minute study so cannot afford to ngantuk-ngantuk..heheheh..

Apart from that let's say i'm studying for 12 or 15 hours straight..every 2 hours ice akan betul betul stop study for about 10-20 minutes and nibble something, or go out of the room and talk to my friends/family..and concentrate mendengar radio..and sometimes i also 'study' magazines pulak..

Supplements jugak me amek..like Ginko Biloba and Lecithin (choline) dan jugak B Complex..it really helps lah in terms of energy and my concentration.

Harga tak ingatlah pulak brill oit..

Ice pernah try pharmacy brand cth: Ginko Biloba i tried vitahealth rasanya but now dah tak nampak or maybe dah tukar packaging. Now ice makan Nutrilite amway punya. Jika brill nak carik kat pharmacy carik good brands mcm Blackmoores k..

awak laki ker pompuan?
kalau nak ngelak ngantuk bagi laki...selalunya depa ni akan picit buah zakar atau batang zakar tu...
kalau picit buah zakar...jangan kuat2 sangat...sekadar rasa sakit skit2 jer...utk ngelak ngantuk masa study...satu lagi, tarik kuat2 skit batang zakar tu supaya rasa diurut dan melancarkan perjalanan darah...

bagi pompuan pulak, ramas buah dada kuat2 skit supaya perjalanan darah lebih lancar...
or u can pull your nipple a bit hard so u dont't get sleepy during your study time...

just my 2 cents for getting rid of sleepiness..it works!

the above advice is not in anyway sexual...aku penah buat masa time study2 dulu...
aku mengalami keadaan ngantuk yg amat sangat...
jadi aku geram sangat, aku masukkan tangan dalam seluar pastu picit buah zakar aku kuat2...padan muka...terus terjaga dari lena...heheheheh

ifanonline..pandangan pakar seksologi kite..
anyway masalah ngantuk mmg biase r bg students..biasenye disebabkan tdo tak teratur.tdo yg teratur penting tau sbb kalo waktu tdo berterabur boleh menyebabkan masalah kelesuan yg biasenye menyebabkan cepat ngantuk..selain tu byk2 kan la minum air..good luck in ur study

aku pun slalu gak tido dalam klas..
tapi certain subject je..
time skolah dulu,mase geografi ngan pai mmg masa utk tido la
ngantuk siot..
tapi kalau fav subject tu memang x ngantuk
xpenah try solution pun..kalau ngantuk tido..atau buat2 sibuk..takpun berangan..tapi mmg xkan tumpu blaja la..
