Sape dah baca this book?..i just bought it last Wednesday..I have no idea why i bought that book ..its kinda weird actually..i didnt plan to buy this book..never.....i thought of buying da vinci code or cecilia ahern's ps i love you or other novels....but when i saw the title and the new cover..sort of attracted to it..with 20% discount..i was like.."hmmm".hahaha......i havent open the book..can you believe it?..hehe..but ive read the synopsis...isteresting....well...care to share you reviews???

a classic...an enjoyable reading...story goes like this Elizabeth Bennett is one of five sisters living on a British country estate in the 1800s. At a time and place in which matrimony is considered a woman's logical goal in life, Elizabeth displays a cautious reluctance toward marriage, so when a wealthy young man, Fitzwilliam Darcy expresses an interest in courting her, she isn't so sure she cares for him. Elizabeth and Darcy discover that they have a great deal to learn about each other and no small amount to overcome in their minds, if they are to find happiness together.

i like this book... the language is easier if compared to other classics... lepas tu, bila baca buku ni, rasa mcm baca buku contemporary, seronok, macam baca chick lit (kalau sukalah).  romantic ada, comedy pun ada.  if you like bridget jones's diary, you will notice some similarities with the characters as well.

Sekarang ni ada Penguin Classis Book's only for rm8.50 , termasuklah buku2 Jane Austen.

pernah baca dulu2 ... pernah tengok kat tv (series kot ... british nye production) beberapa tahun lepas .... pernah terbaca  hollywood nak buat movie crite ni ....

yg Pride and Prejudice drama series tu yg BBC punya kan??.. tahun 95 or 96 tak silap aku...yg Colin Firth berlakon...huhu masa tu gila org minat kat Colin Firth ni i.e Mr Darcy... baru ni ada tgk inflight movie  tajuk Pride and Prejudice gak...tapi setting dia zaman modern sekarang nii...pelakon  aku tak kenal... citer biasa-biasa je, tapi funny gak lah...dan seperti biasa aku tetap akan jatuh hati kat Mr Darcy...huhu...nanti ada pulak filem Pride and Prejudice yg Kiera Knightley berlakon...tak tau bila release... tapi aku dah tgk trailer kat internet... dan sekali lagi aku terjatuh hati tgk Mr Darcy kat trailer tuu... apa-apa pon tak boleh menandingi Colin Firth kuussss.... :love:

rasanya dalam novel Bridget Jones ada satu part tu yang dia pergi interview Colin Firth...tapi kat filem, part ni tak ada sebab yang berlakon jadik Mark Darcy tu kan Colin Firth

yeah this was my first classic book and i have fallen in love with classic literature cos
of this. some people might find the story a bit slow compared to modern day love story because the story focuses more on character development. its a bittersweer slow dance until the ending

and yeah of course.. MR DARCY.. heheh i rasa memang Mr darcy ni is like the
man to fall in love with lah..

everytime i read or watch this mr darcy character.. wah.. cair ..
i guess he fulfills a man of substance and depth in his character, manner and principles.
theres also a lot of messages and ideas in this book which were ahead of her time for Jane Austen in her books in terms of love and society

new version includes Bride n Prejudice...lakonan Aishwarya Rai...bolehlah...
diorang punya adaptation...;)

To those who call themselves as the big fans or admirer of Mr Fitzwilliam Darcy, you will be surprised if u were to read this  fiction ( so they say ) by MAYA SLATER : Mr Darcy's Diary..gosh, what i could say is that it is brilliantly written and u really think that mr Darcy was not actually *just* another fictional character of Austen, he was once a real gentleman..please do read the book and DO NOT flip at the back of editor's note as yet !! keep on reading and what you will find is a sense of yeahhh.. i knew IT mr DArcy 's real................

First time baca buku nie masa sekolah rendah rasanya... advance x aku??
Tp versi bahasa melayu ' LAGAK WASANGKA' .. ntah mana bapak aku beli aku pun x tau kalau x silap Utusan punya keluaran. Alasannya masa tu nak memperkenalkan aku dgn jane austen ( nak beli yg bhs omputih  bapak aku takut aku terkial2)... moden bapak aku .  Sampai skrg buku nie masih lagi tersimpan dalam koleksi. SInce dah baca yg bhs melayu yg english version aku pinjam ja dari library awam bila dah beso sket

Aku dgn adik aku dari dulu hingga skrg asal dgr ada version baru movie 'pride & prejudice' mesti tergedik2 nak tgk
