ada x peminat novel2 JG kat sini. mari kita borak2 ttg dia dan novelnya. boleh dikatakan..aku membesar dgn novel dia ni.ketika tu dia baru saja cipta nama dan ada 2-3 novel skrg dah lebih sepuluh. apa novel terbaru dia selain the broker? |

yep, baca kat pc aje as i dapat e-book dari sini...
me tak beli lagi the broker sebab dalam senarai menunggu ada 4 novel kena habis dulu... dan hari ni me beli novel ala ala da vinci code... suka genre ni pulak sekarang.
berapa banyak novel grisham ni yang dibuat movie selain a time to kill.

baca buku john grisham ni masa student dulu-dulu.. so yang awal-awal tu, a time to kill, the firm, pelican brief, etc. baca la jugak.. yang lepas-lepas tu dah tak baca.. |

byk baca masa student yek. sejak aku baca buku dia...susah la aku nak suit dgn author lain. until lah dan brown dtg. bkn x baca novel dr authors lain...tp mcm x masyuk la. itulah org kata...1st love mmg susah nak lupa...sbb itu yg kita mula2 kenal..kalo dtg org lain pun..kita raikan jugak...tp kenangan brsama 1st one..nothing to be compared... |

Sama ngan prewinkle, berry pun baca buku dia yang awal-awal dulu, mmg suka bangat. Tapi buku sume dah tak follow, maybe kena start follow balik. My fav book rasanya yang A time to kill ye.. yang student jadi lawyer utk kes insuran ke apa.. dah tak ingat. |

I'm a big fan of JG too. But cant say the same to his adaptation works on film. |

Buku yg pertama kali dibaca karya JG ialah The Client...sampai menangis bila masuk bab budak lelaki tu menangis kat tangga hospital bila adik dia warded.....sejak tu jatuh cinta dengan karya JG...yg tak berapa best sgt Painted House...mcm mendatar jer cerita tu..tak tau la pendapat forumer lain....nasib baik housemate pun gila gak baca novel JG ni.... |

Wow..tak sangka ada thread about JG ni...thx to cikanova for alerting me about this...
Start suka JG when my brother bought a time to kill...very interesting story,then tengok movie dia...quite ok gak...after that, i start collecting the other books as the firm, the client, street lawyer, the brethren, pelican brief, rainmaker,the partner, runaway jury...ada 2-3 title tak ingat, painted house n the broker belum beli lagi....
Adapted film from JG pun i buat collection gak, walau pun cerita dia tak 100% from the book..dah ada the firm, rainmaker, runaway jury n pelican brief,tgh cari a time to kill belum jumpa lagi... |

mac minat sangat2 dgn JG books..... in fact i bought all of his books kecuali his 2 latest.... broker and ada lagi satu..... come to think of it ada satu buku nipis of his pun mac tak beli.... ceta pasal baseball.... around 100 pages kut..... borrowed my friend punya aje.....
I'll buy the other 2 books SOON.........
agree with ramlah..... buku aje best.... ceta kat tv tak best....
agree also with Million...... once you get to know JG.... its hard for you to appreciate other authors........
The first book that I read is The Firm..... I dont have favourites .... to me semua buku dia best2 gila (except the baseball book tu la)...... tapi Painted House to boring sikit..... but still OK la....
anyone tau any author yang almost as good as JG? |

saya minat grisham - rasanya hampir semua buku dia saya dah baca. yang paling menarik bagi saya adalah the testament. tapi 1st book yang saya back adalah the firm. dulu selalu sewa atau baca e-book. sekarang saya selalu beli kat kedai 2nd hand ataupun ebay.com.my - murah sikit. |

macam penah ada topik Grisham ni...mana ntah agaknya. sherrina pun peminat JG. dah baca kesemua bukunya. semua best2 blaka....termasuk yg bukan law-style book mcm apa tajuknya, yg pasal Christmas tu. kelakar giler.

i read ALL JOHN GRISHAM'S BOOKS..
my favourite till now is THE CLIENT..
and the last one i read was the broker --
the client tu i rasa best sebab involve the kid ( robbie )
and the lawyer yang nak protect dia...
film dia pun best ---
rarely bila novel di jadikan movie -- cerita akan best
tapi THE CLIENT -- starring susan sarandon and tommy lee jones
was one of grisham's best adaptation..
even the FIRM pun saya rasa tak sehebat the client..
his first book yang saya baca -- A TIME TO KILL
( movie dia mediocre aje -- starring sandra bullock and matthew mccanoughey )
buku dia yang dijadikan film:
the firm ( tom cruise, gene hackman )
a time to kill ( sandra bullock )
the chambers ( gene hackman )
runaway jury ( john cusack)
the client ( susan sarandon, tommy lee jones)
not sure if i missed others...
he wrote great stories ---
dan all his books have a great plot...
the street lawyers -- saya suka plot dia --
the partners pun saya suka the twisting plot -
the brethrens --- very stimulating...
and the brokers -- memang hebat --- |
