susah nak tido..

sejak akhir2 ni,makin susah nak tido..kenapalah..pegi jumpa doktor bg ubat tido,tido gak..lepas abis ubat tido dah buat balik..lagi satu..selalu sangat byk pk..psl mmber2,finance,pkwe byk lagi lah..nak tido on time balik,jd cam dulu2..tido cukup..ni tak kul 5-6 baru tido..bangun plak kul 1-2 ptg..gila2..plz help..

if you're a muslim... selalunya.. kalau tak leh tido baiklah berzikir at least dapat pahala.......

mmg satu masalah tak leh & tak cukup tidor...
cari masa yg sesuai..beriadah ..ecercise..kasi peluh...bila penat...senang nk lelap kot..

Salam daredevil.
Mungkin u terlampau fikirkan masalah yg buat sukar tidur. Menurut pembacaan saya tentang nutrisi, stress mrmbawa faktor kita sujat tidur. Ia adalsh akibat daripada kekuranfan vitamin B6, B12 dan asid folic yg mempengaruhi fungsi mrntal, mood. Jadi, boleh cuba try bcomplex utk menenangkan mood, saraf dan mentak dimana ia bertindak sebagai antistress.

suasana blk tdo kena best.

pe kata tukar cadar baru, beli selimut tebal2, letak pewangi aromaterapi.

last but not least try guna patch yg tmpl kaki tu. pengalaman aku pki patch tu mmg buatkan tido kita nyenyak dan berkualiti.

Aku pun lately susah nak tido mlm.xde pikir masalah apa pun....adalah aku mandi pakai bodyshop quiet night tu tapi x tido pun....just rasa fatigue hilang tu je

prn baca suatu artikel , kata kalo susah tidur, jgn paksa tidur, relax dulu, biarkan dia 1 atau 2 hari , akan back to biasa

Samalah.. Problem tidor. Asyik on off. Kjap boleh. Kjap x. Skrg dh dua hri problm tidor. Bila x ckop tidor pgi nnt rsa letih je memanjang. Ad yg sruh beli melatonin kt farmasi atau pergi homeotherapy. Harap membantu.
