Depressed... medication...ubat...

Hi..
Im a foreigner.
Im depressed, sad, aggressiv and not happy, at the moment.
In Europe there are medication, anti depressiva.. Before I used somthing called ZOLOFT, and I wonder if this exsist here in Malaysia, and if I can just bye them in the farmacy or if I need to see a specialist..
I went to the clinic, and he did only have one medication, so he gave me Xanax.. Is it ok to use them asainst depressivnes? Looking around the internet, those seem strong, and more to panic anxsiousnes..!
Im to shy to ask around so much, so I ask here first..

you may ask your GP whether he could provide you with zoloft...if he couldn't then you may ask for a referal to see a specialist.after all i guess depression depends on the individual and support around him/her to be better... |

zoloft is sertaline hcl, available in malaysia. needs prescreption, from GP or psychiatrist |
