Portable HDD Media Player

Hi! All.
I bought this portable HDD Media Player that can play movies 2 TV, but the thing is that i dont know how to store the file 2 the player hard disk. It got its playback back up software but when i transfer the file to disk it canot be played 2 d TV.
the manual not really helping me...donno wat 2 do know.
So anyone who have these players can u teach me how 2 do it???

First thing first. When you connect the HDD player to your pc, can it be detected by your OS. BTW what is your OS? |

File jenis apa yang tak boleh main di tv tuh ? divx ke ? sesetengah Divx file tak boleh main dalam player tuh rasanya ,
ada version yang boleh main kalau dia tulis ver 3.5, 4.5 , 5, awak mesti beli hdd player kat lelong kan, banyak problem isu
mengenai hdd player nih. cuba tanya penjual tuh balik adakah hdd player anda support semua jenis divx version. |

bring back to the shop and ask them to teach u.
it is difficult for us to help since u dont tell us about the detail like ... picture, manual, detail about ports/ sockets available, etc... |

Prob solved.... actuallly I wrongly followed d formating steps...now it works like it supposed to be.its a true plug n play after dat.
