ntrtscan.exe-application error

nak mintak tolong.. pc aku everytime log off, shut down, or restart mesti kluar script ni.. "ntrtscan.exe-app;ication error"
aku de try tgk kat web cam ner nak repair bende ni.. suruh download mcm2.. aku de buat.. but still bende ni appear..

ade sesape bleh tolong?
BTW, ntrtscan.exe ni part of Trend Micro punye software.. aku tk tau nak remove ke tk bende ni.. sbb aku check kt pc member2 aku, sumer ade bende nih...
n aku punyer IT guy slalu tk reti cam ner nk solve things...
n bende ni buat pc aku slow.. (aku rase lah...)

trend micro tu ada lagi ke? kalo ada, cuba reinstall balik.

kalo dah takde, cuba masuk msconfig dan check dekat "Services" dan "Startup". kalau ada, disablekan apa saja trend micro punya komponen.

elok tanya your IT people dulu sebelum uninstall. kang, marah dia orang kang. lagi tak mau bantu next time. trust me, IT people ni, pantang orang mess up dengan dia orang punye settings. tapi, kalau dia orang tak kisah, tak pe. password tu, jangan fikir susah. kekadang, dia orang letak "password" (no quotations) aje. or, trendmicro, or tmicro. but, my advise, talk to your IT people.
