Cannot access Yahoo emel & Hotmail through Firefox2

ada sesiapa leh bantu tak... sy x dapat nak bukak emel saya samada yahoo atau hotmail mengunakan firefox2..kalu guna browser lain saperti explorer & myie2 boleh plak.. apa masalah sebenar nye... saya pakai proxy 2 conect 2 internet
Masalah yg klua slalu begini:

* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

rasa2nyer jawapan dah ader tu..
1) site temporary unavailable - dah try website lain selain hotmail/yahoo?
2) cannot veiw anypage & check network - rasanyer, bukan problem network since u boleh guna browser lain.
3) proxy setting / firewall - cuba jgn guna proxy..

website lain seme leh dapat
yg ada password je nak akses emel x dapat..
dah try x pakai proxy pung sama..
problem ni hanya ngan firefox je  |

Try remove FF2, guna semula version 1.5

apa yg wat dia lock that site...kalu pakai ff2 kat umah..xde hal..tu thru streamyx..kalu pakai line kompeni thru their proxy (using firefox) x boleh tp at the same time pakai myie2 boleh plak...
so mesti ada sumwer x kena tweak nye.. |

kalau macam tu, make sure you set your FF with your company proxy. kalau tak set, memang tak boleh surf internet. your myie2 mungkin dah di configure untuk gunakan proxy.

mmg leh surf internet cuma hotmail & yahoo emel je x leh akses.. all other sites ok except 4 those nanned la..cam skang ni pung dalam forum ni thru ff2 gak.. |

cuba check its exception (or no proxy box), ada tak termasuk url for yahoo and hotmail mail? kalau tak de, hmmm... tak tau nak cakap apa lagi.
or may be try to add the sites as part of trusted sites?

Cuba klik kat tool --> add-ons,
cuba chek kat extension...
ader add-block tak,
kalau ader cuba remove add block tu...
saya pun pernah kener mcm nier, setaip kali nak masuk yahoo atau hatmail, dia tak leh masuk
ataupun firefox tu jadi crash.
selepas remove add-block,
baru leh masuk yahoo N hotmail punyer website

nak tanya pendapat you all...i cannot open my hotmail account tapi suami punya hotmail acct boleh pulak bukak....kenapa ye?.dah cuba banyak kali takleh jugak access..can someone help me? |

cube ko try remove dlu ff2 pastu install blek..kalo tak leh gak x yah pkai je ff2 ni..byk lagi bug lom fix |

I believe trunks was replying to the post (#15) and not to you. :hmm:
Perhaps you need to do a little bit of troubleshooting first. I'd suggest you try starting FF in safe mode. The shortcut is in your Start Menu>All Programs>Mozilla Firefox>Mozilla Firefox (Safe Mode).That way FF will start minus the extensions/themes.
Now try logging into your yahoo or hotmail and see if the problem still persist. If not, the problem lies in one (or more) of your FF's extensions. Try to enable one by one your extensions and try logging in.
If you still cannot login, and based on what you've described, perhaps your FF installation is corrupted. A complete reinstallation is recommended.
