Anyone boleh tolon jawab tak. Dah lebih setahun follow up ngan head ofis diaorg.

Masa join FF, kena bayar extra untuk personal trainer nak guide. So time promo tu me pun sign up for 10 hours for RM 850. Kire murah kot time tu. Tapi belum sempat start, trainer tu berenti. Management die nak ganti orang lain tapi me tak nak sebab tak comfortable ngan trainer baru so mintak refund balik. Sampai sekarang tak dapat apa2 pun. Jenuh follow up, siap tulis surat lagi tapi they all kata dah too long kire burn jer... mana boleh cam tu kan? Tak boleh ke mintak refund balik?

Sapa2 ada experience or advise?

Boleh saya tahu, apakah jenis perkhidmatan tersebut untuk kegunaan sendiri?

I think you are going right direction. Because many training center are take a fees and they can not doing traing perfect. Last time i was joined the training center malaysia and today i am so happy with him because they gives me fabulous training for me....Thanks...
