Macam Ada Yang Tak Kena ~

Hello otai-otai semua...

Aku nak minta tolong banyak-banyak ni... Aku suspek komputer kat opis aku ni cam ada something yang pihak atasan dah buat... Setiap apa yang aku buat, dorang leh trace... Aku rasa pergerakan dalam komputer aku ni kena spy... Aku rasa cam tu lah... Pasal baru-baru ni, officemate aku tiba-tiba je kena sound pasal ada kes ngan 18sx punya aktiviti yang dia buat gunakan komputer opis... Untuk makluman, komputer sini semuanya networking...

Jadi aku nak tanya dan minta bantuan otai-otai dan separa otai semua... Leh tak kita tau cara camna dia buat benda tu?.. dan apa cara untuk kita halang mereka dari buat cam tu (kecuali tarik kabel networking.. yang tu aku tau lah)... Ada tak software yang leh detect dan halang aktiviti pengintipan ni?...

Susah nak detect atau halang sebab aku pasti semua ni dibuat kat dalam server network ko. Dia record web addresses yang network users visit terus dalam server and bukan dalam PC ko.

Tarik network cable takleh surf plak... :@

Ko ada wireless connection ke network ko? Kalau ada, and ko ada password, tu boleh buat... ko tukar IP ko and connect ikut wireless... however, diaorang boleh detect ada IP pelik masuk network, diaorang boleh block ko pulak.. tapi important thing is diaorang tak tau ko siapa. Repeat process guna Ip 'baru' lagi...

honestly, it's not worth it. no matter what you do, they can trace you down. it's good that they don't block your internet access. so, use it wisely. kalau nak buat "kerja" tu, buat kat rumah aje.

you can change your ip but you can't change your mac address. so, what they actually do is not blocking your ip but rather your mac address. unauthorized access will be blocked automatically.

usually, company yang ada security feature macam ni, either they don't have wireless access or it's very secure where you cannot just connect to it. which means they can track you down no matter what.

0001.. camna nak ubah ip kat komputer ek? biasa aku buat aku ubah kat Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) aku ubah nombor IP kat sana.. yang nombor hujung-hujung tu... Kira sah ke berubah IP?

kalau kat your computer, open DOS prompt. then type "ipconfig /all" (no quotations). cari part yang cakap Physical Address. that's your mac address.

kalau tak boleh, change directory to C:\windows\system32 and do it again.

Hehe... memang can be tracked down... tu kena main cat and mouse tu... bila cat tu kejar, mouse lari masuk lobang, cat dah blah, mouse kuar main balik... repeat process sampai tua.

masalahnya, with a very good configuration, nak main kejar-kejar pun tak sempat. when you connect to the network the first time, your mac address is recorded. if look suspicious, the access will be blocked. when you try again, no matter from which jack, it won't work because the authorization will be compared with what's on record. we do it here, that's why we know. and we do it as soon as you're connected to the network (before you even log in to your computer).

Most companies in Malaysia ni are actually ignorant sket pasal ni. Security and control tu not a high priority. Yang ada pun bila the upper management (read - Zero-IT savvy decisionmakers) read about this unsavory surfing problems and they go paranoid-mode. Terus suruh IT Dept implement all sorts of security measures - sometimes to the user's expense.

Lucky I work in a decent place... even with the capability to, at a moment's notice, implement super high secuirty blocking/administration, still all net lines remain opened. Nothing blocked... except torrent. Funny thing about that is it was only us in the IT dept who're doing that torrent thing. I guess you can say that, perhaps in a moment of madness, we felt some form of responsibility to the company to actually stop ourselves from abusing it.

But despite all this freedom, I can, however, at this very moment turn my chair to face this other PC and find out where everyone's gone today... IF I want to know, that is.

So far we trust everyone to not abuse this freedom.

Aku sebenarnya tak berminat sangat nak tengok porn ni...

Cuma aku risau banyak kerja yang aku type melibatkan polisi dan ada sesetengahnya strikli konpidensiel.. Jadi aku baru-baru ni cam terperasan ada yang komen keputusan yang sebenarnya belum lagi dikeluarkan... Cam ada yang komen kalau benda tu dilakukan cam tu, teruklah jabatan nanti...

Tu yang aku suspek tu...:@ Aku dah pasang p/w kat word aku.. Tapi tahulah.. apa ada dengan p/w tu...
