ASSALAMUALAIKUM.....

1) yg selalunya makan: Roti dengan peanut butter / butter..Tapi selalunya memang skip je breakfast.
2) yg kalau boleh nak makan: Nasi lemak tambah + telur goreng + kerang + sambal lebih...itupun kalau weekend hari tak bekerja.

Bg aku kalau nak makan breakfast yang best2, aku tak suka makan time hari bekerja.... :bgrin:

hari kerja suka beli roti kat kedai yang wat roti dan kek... sedap dan mengenyangkan sampai petang... selalunya aku sarap tapi skip tgh ari kerana tanak rush nak solat zuhur sambil boleh tidur....

hari cuti aku sarap nasi ambang (Johor beb)......... sedap dan puas ati....

hari nie aku breakfast nasik lemak. Aku nie tak biasa pulak makan2 breakfast nie.. tapi sbb hari ni byk makanan, jadi terpaksalah aku habiskan jugak.

1) selalunye tak breakfast la.. coz kejar masa.. kalau lapar sangat, amik biskut, makan dalam keta
    kalau ade mase plak, makan cornflakes ngan susu, mmg sedap and kenyang sampai lunch time.. hehehe
2)makan nasi lemak kot, atau pun roti telur.. hmmm.. (tetibe rasa lapar plak)

setahun lalu rutin b'fast aku nasik lemak lauk sotong la, rendang la ... bila kawan-kawan aku ada yang meninggal pasal high blood la, aku dah stop makan nasik lemak ... kalau gian mungkin 2 3 kali jer sebulan.  Sekarang aku makan benda yang tak banyak colesterol ... wholemeal bread, flakes, makan makanan yang seimbang jer.

gud to include milks n fruits ... tapi kena seimbangkan diet u ... protein, fats, mineral, carbo pun kena ada gak
