Maxis Broadband lausy service

i have sign up the service on 4th FEB,but the maxis come to install for me on nearly middle
of march. it delay 1 month plus.

when i receive 1st bill. it stated i have start the service at 7th feb (few days after the
date i apply), there make no sense to me. imediate i call to maxis to ask, the operator
said waive the RM68 for that month, just need to pay RM100 for the activation fees.

15th APR,last sunday i not able to connect the internet, so to monday and tuesday, i though
is bloody service interupt again. becouse on end of march, whole week have interuntion,
some time cannot connect, some time can, but connection is GPRS only, and always
disconnect, average 5 minute 1 time.

17th APR, tuesday only i receive my 2nd bill,
18th APR wEd i started to call the help desk, they said  i did paid my bill and bared my
line, after pay the bill, maximun wait 24 hour will able to use.
what the hell of maxis doing? i am owing RM168 only, some more are separated bill ( 1st
bill is activation fees RM100, 2nd bill is 1st month bill RM68)

imediately i go to pay the bill 8pm (wed 18th APR), the service centre girl told me after 2
hour will able to use. i keep on trying, still cannot connect after 2, 3 hour, even next
morning also same. but the nx day after i back from company, i try..still cannot, already
24 hour.

i have use the phone come with the maxis boardband to call 123 (help line) the help desk
unable to answer my question, ask me to call 1800 88 2000, but i didn dot it, i have call
again 123, another operator asnwer me, the operator have checked my bill, the bill was
settle, but she unable to verify my problem, ask me to call 1800 82 2000. what the hell is
the maxis help line. other telco just need to call 1 number, they able to solve all the
question, even they don't know how to answer, they also will ask to wait for few minute to
find out the answer or call us back shortly

20th APR Firday morning, i call maxis 1800 82 2000, the operator check my status, all was
ok. i did not bring along my modem to company, so i wait until back home, at the end still
the same. my temple are very hot, i hv to call the centre to F*** them. after complaint the
service, the help line unable to solve my problem, said will call me back shortly, imediate
close my phone, u not yet ask teh operator name also. what a rude service...at the end also didn call back.

almost 1 week i hv no internet use, are they going to deduct 1 week for me in my bill?

smalam aku pergi Low yat.....maxis tgh wat promosi besar2an pasal broadband depa....aku ader gak dgr yg maxis Broadband ni mmg lousy tahap cipan....

ingat nak switch ke maxis.
bila dgr cerita kau, aku pun naik fedup.
takda ke broadband provider yg reliable kat msia ni? :@

Jaring - tak cukup jaringan. Maxis - slow & service yg hampeh. Streamyx - errr tak yah la i komen. I pulak yg segan bg pihak diorng

kalo mesia kasik permit to rakyat mesia speed yg beso beso cam kat jepun tu. abis la industri industri yg berkaitan. kekekeke..... aku rasa tu satu hal penyebab knapa mesia xkasik rakyat guna speed laju laju. nnti donlod file beso kejap je siap. cetak rompak pun berleluasa. dah la susah nak kawal kalau donlod camtu. kalau jual cd kat kedai boleh la pi wat operasi lg.

aku pnah menjadi promoter product ni masa aku bru grade dolu2...mmg sgt hampeh..lagi2 masa tu bru launch..masa tu..asik2 receive complaint aje..padahal aku promoter..tak pasal2 jadi cust serv...

tp skrg dah mkin improve...cuma mcm besa..aku tak suka dia punya TNC..sbb bnyk putar alam..lpas aku baca bg phm..trus aku quit job..sbb rase mcm menipu org aje..supervisor aku cite lain..tp yg aku baca lain la...tak besh2..

mmg maxis broadband ni sengal... connection kdg2 putus.. xpsl2 je.. pastu aku dlm lbh krg 5 bln pertama ade prob ngn billing..
aku langgan broadband ni sbb aku nk g assessment PTD.. so nk bwk laptop n pki intnet utk cr info.. aku guna maxis broadband sbb aku mmg pki line maxis.. so sbb dh pki line, akan dpt rebate rm20/month.. so aku juz byr rm118 instead of rm 138..
1st bill smpi aku xprsn any prob.. then msk 2nd bill onwards, aku pelik.. apsal bil aku kne caj rm138 gak? shud be aku dpt rebate rm20.. aku pon dh pilih bil aku anta via email.. so aku shud dpt another rm5 rebate sbb bill via email.. total rebate yg aku ptut dpt ~ rm20 + rm5 = rm25.. tp bill aku still rm138.. musykil btul...
so aku call la die nyer service centre tu.. n ckp kt customer service psl prob aku tuh.. ble aku ckp aku pki line maxis n shud receive rm20 rebate, that guy said, " u shud call us to inform that".. apehal lak?? ms aku register utk broadband tu, xde lak die suh aku call service centre inform yg aku ni pelanggan maxis.. :@ bangang btul.. promoter tu xbg enuff info psl tu.. aku ingt maxis ni dh very canggih n ade database psl sume customer dorg.. tp ble aku dpt mslh cmni br la aku tau maxis ni xsecanggih mne..   n rebate psl billing pon x automatik potong mcm bil telefon.. bil telefon aku tu automatik tolak rm5 lps aku update kt maxis website yg aku nk gune e-billing.. so aku ingt same je la kekdahnye ngn broadband ni sbb 2-2 pon maxis.. tp lain pulak jdnye.. so finally die ckp "ok, you'll receive your rebates in your next bill.." fine.. so aku pkr  setel la..
next bill, mmg ade potong rm25.. tp tu rebate utk bln yg aku call tu.. for that present month, bill aku still rm138.. what the hell?? :@:@  aku cal service centre dorg lg skali.. this time dh ckp ngn org lain pulak.. aku gtau the same prob n received the same solution.. ok.. aku tunggu dan lihat for the next bill..
so the 3rd consecutive month, bill aku still same cm bln lps.. ade potongan but for the previous month.. the present month still kne caj rm138..   this time aku dh hangin la... :@ aku call lg skali n mmg kne marah kaw2 la.. aku ckp apsal bill sy still kne caj 138? where are my rebates?? i've been calling u guys for the past two months n the same problem happens!! i have been calling u about the same problem for three months in a row! xkan la sy nk cal u tiap2 bln??? mmg aku marah btul ms tu.. bese aku jnis cool je.. tp dis time mmg melampau.. kalo servis bgus aku xkesah... ni mcm ape je.. :@ :@
so the next month, aku dh receive bill aku skali ngn bill tpon.. n dh dpt rebate sume tu..   kalo aku tau org kt maxis ni perlu kne marah kaw2 br leh wt keje btul2, awal2 lg aku dh tengking2 mamat 2ekor yg 1st two months tu..   neway.. aku nk ckupkn pki servis ni smpi sthn dlu.. pasni nk pulangkn blk.. kalo less than a year, nnt kne caj.. kalo dh sthn, free refund.. (mengikut T&C yg aku bc la)..
so guys out there yg nk try broadband ni, better tnye btul2.. n aku rs lg better trus g maxis centre instead of calling the centre.. kalo jupe face 2 face leh kte trus mrh kt customer service tu..   jgn kasi can kt dorg.. pdn muke.. asik cekik darah je..

aku dah guna setahun lebeh meksis berukband ni..
asal malam tak leh guna..pakai edge..merangkak jer..
siang ok skit....
check2 rupa-rupanyer tpt aku takde line yg laju tuh hsdpa..ada 3g jer...
tapi jalan berjiran ada line. hsdpa tuh
sbb tu aku kekadang-2 dpt kekadang tak..
sapa2 nak subcribe meksis berukband kena check coverage betul..check guna nama jalan bukan tgk peta yg diorg highlite..

aku pakai maxis bb ngam2 6 hari..sehari lagi nak tamat seminggu trial dia.aku amik yang atas dari rm68 tu (aku lupa berapa ..dalam 6 hari aku guna,xpenah aku check bandwidth speed dia cecah 700kbps.asik2   120kbps!! mau hangat darah aku tengok! last2 aku terminator hari ketujuh.sampai sekarang cek Rm100 yang diorang janji nak pulangkan tu xsampai2 lagi kat poket aku... skarang pakai P1 wimax.dah 3 bulan .hari2 speed dia 1.2Mbps.puas ati aku.

urm...btol itu..kalo area yg aje hsdpa mmg cun..klu 3g agak sodih..hik2...

sbb aku penah jadi promoter n tester dia..aku amat arif dolu2 pasal bnde ni...sbb tu aku tak langgan...hak2....ape pun tak boley..area bgus...bgus la...tak adil2...untung la sape dduk area bgus mcm usj, damansara,tmn tun n bnyk lagi...tp yg dok area 3g aje..sodih...

nak tanya la. sebelom nie bulan2 peach kena bayar rm140++ je tp bulan nie sampai rm257!! kenapa eh? sebab pakai lama sgt ke camne? ke naik harga

aku pun dulu penah gak subscribe maxis broadband.... kene bayar RM100 untuk aktif kan line.... pastu aku try kat umah.... mmg tak dapat... umah aku mmg susah nk dapat line maxis.... cam malu2 jerr line tu nk muncul....

pastu aku igt balik kampung bini aku bole laa guna.... hampeh!!!! last aku pulang balik... lucky ada 7 days trial.... kalu tak mmg tak pasal burn duit aku...

pulak tu masa nk dapatkan refund... perghhh... 2 bulan nk tunggu.... mmg tak best langsung maxis broadband ni....

Aku punya ok, aku dah pakai sejak februari 2007 lepas keje kat company baru ni.. sebab co bagi free kan, nak check system ujung minggu.. alhamdulillah ok, tapi awaltaun 2007 dulu tu teruk gak, maybe time tu x bagus sangat lagi kot.. aku duk kat botanic klang, maybe x brapa nak power sangat connection dia, sllu aku dapat 200kb macam tu je..

Tapi sekarang dah power, haritu dah sampai 1mb, kalau download torrent tu 1-2 jam dah siap 1 movie.. pernah skali tu 30 minit je, tapi tgh malam dan awal pagi je, aku pon heran apasal maxis ni x bagus waktu siang, x leh pon download torrent nih..

Skng ni digi pon dah ada kuar baru kan, aku nak tunggu apa review pengguna dia plak.. tapi macam mahal plak dia caj guna berapa dah guna, sebab tau2 lah akalu dl movie.. dulu aku pakai celcom, maklumlah keje telekom kan.. memang kureng, tapi aku balik labuan nun best sebab leh dapat connection.. yang maxis ni macam haram, balik raya aritu aku dah try beriban kali tetap x dapat.. :@
