Need Advice : Post Ops

salam sahabat semua....

considered new here, tak pernah buat posting here, selalu dok membace aje. anyway, this time i rasa nak buat posting, nak mintak advice sikit...mana tau, ada sapa2 yg boleh berkongsi pengamalan...

tahun 1990 dulu, injured myself in a rugby game, dislocated my knee. from thereon, asyik pegi urut aje setiap kali kena semula, and makin kerap. but 1 thing for sure, tak pernah stop being active in sports. all in all, dislocated my knee for more than 40 times dah. pastu baru rasa takut and decided to go for full check up, dgn MRI, and finally a multiple reconstruction on ACL,MCL,PCL,LCL, sekali dgn ligament scarring, and also meniscus. i guess the normal procedures for others as well.

yg jadi problem sekarang, dah masuk 9 bulan, kaki still tak boleh lurus penuh, & tak boleh bengkok penuh. solat pun kena duduk senget. still rasa ketat & sakit bila buat sudden movement. my main concern is to be active again, tapi terpaksalah dok diam je sekarang. rasa geram je bila tgk org main. to be frank, lately dah kurang buat fisio sbb sibuk sgt, no time nak lari ke hospital. setiap session sampai 2 jam, bos pulak sibuk dok call. nak buat kat umah, takde equipment2 tu pulak...

in short...nak bertanya kat sahabat2 kat luar sana, kalau ada sesapa boleh kasi story sikit. at least dpt kurangkan siksa ni sikit....

Tuan,
Bukan nk kasi takut tapi kalau tgk ramai pemain bola masa kat sekolah atau Uni dulu, kalau dah injured sampai tahap kena operate then chances utk 100% back to normal... susah la Tuan.
Elok ikut je nasihat Pakar yg merawat anda... kalau dia 'kasi' rehat, rehat. Kalau dia suruh physio, buat. Tapi kalau anda nak main jugak... at your own risk ya... sendiri mau ingat.
Tak perlu berhenti terus. Kalau dulu berlari, sekarang jalan kaki la jawapnya (according to a study, distance walking is a better exercise than running/jogging).
Take it slow and easy. Take it one step at a time.
