Permanent ka Contract basis... well kalu kerje MNC nie benefit memang best..

kalau contract selalunye dr agency emerio,excelink,eps..
depa tu menyalurkan pekerja kat HP..kebaykan pose dia Help desk,Level1 n Level 2
kalau perm Level 3 or management job

permanent pun kena tengok itu permannet under HP ke under permanent under agency..
sebb mcm aku mmg permanent but under agency la .. maknanya derang takleh terminate sesuka ati.. kalo projek abis ke ape derang akan masukkanke company lain lak.. means ko stil stick dgn agency tu l a..
tapi ada gak agency yg contract basis mcm manpower.. means ko kena renew contarct. kalo direct terus dgn HP kira bagus la .. tak byk songeh .. dari segi ikut level la .. tak la byk sgt tapi benefit ok!
