dgn kata lain biasanya production house (yg buat video, vcd dan yg seangkatan dgnnya) pakai kad ni dgn connect kat PC utk buat encode/decode(hardware base encode/decode)
kalau user biasa amat jarang pakai cos ni kira utk high quality punya and biasanya kita pakai software utk encode/decode ni cthnya macam nak burn VCD pakai Ahead Nero. begitulah adanya kalau salah tolong betulkan yek cos saya pun tak berapa arif sgt  |
