Zen is widely used to denote many things.

I am not interested in history, or Chan Buddhism.

I am interested on zen, as a concept which is understood correctly or incorrectly today. Zen, as a state of mind.

Some understand zen as a state of harmony. Correctly or incorrectly I do not know.

How can we maintain this state of being, 24-7 in our daily life.
