hi... ade sesape tau tak ubat ape yg sesuai utk bina badan? cam yg penah aku dgr org amek steroit, tapi bahayakan sebab ade kesan sampingan pada tulang.   pas tu aku dgr amek hormon testorogen..

kena rajin2 workout gak la., gi gym ke..bru nmpak musel ketul2 tuh...kalu minum as spplmnt je..xnmpk le..cuma brat akn seimbang ngan tinggi...

saya bagi tips apa yang saya pernah belajar dahulu

u should eat more .. betul.. bila nak bina badan, u tak leh kurangkan kalori wat so ever.
food should be clean.. i mean no preservative ke ape.. kicap, budu, sos tiram..sos..makanan dah proses is not good.. - u kena makan curry, asam pedas ke, sup, etc...
work out... TAK BOLEH OVER WORK YOUR MUSCLES!! YOU SHOULD TRAIN BIG. i mean, utk weight loss, u angkat 3 kilo sebanyak 12 kali utk 3 set.. tapi utk bina badan, u kena angkat berat yang u hanya boleh angkat less than 6-8 repetitions sebanyak 3-5set.. kena train selang sehari, tak boleh work out the same muscles everyday.. katalah harini train triceps, biceps, latsimus, trapezius... esok, train abdominal muscles lak.. jangan lupa pula train LOWER BACK muscles.. atas dari punggung.. lusa.. baru train kaki.. calves,glutes, adductors,abductors, hamstrings .. cam tu lah..

well.. supplements.. saya rekomen GNC paling bagus tapi terlampau mahal .. atau herbalife (cheapest!!)... utk muscles recovery punya supplements, boleh dapat kat GNC.. antara yang dicadangkan.. l-glutamine, creatine monohydrate, whey protein/ protein powder , l-carnitine

u have to eat 2-3g protein per 1lb dari berat badan kamu..

u have to eat 5-7 times a day

tak payah anabolic steroid.. tak perlu semua tu.. u kena beli supplement yang boleh BOOST NATURAL ANDROGEN /TESTERON yang dah sedia ada dalam badan.. .. tak beli pun tak apa..

eat less sugar..

eat good carbs.. boleh?

Kalo nak tambah berat, mesti workout kat gym.
Weight training/ resistance training forces the muscles to grow.
Pasal makanan pulak, mesti makan 5 kali sehari.
Hi Protein, moderate carb and moderate fat diet.
Protein paling penting sbb protein build muscles.
Makanan yg kaya dgn protein - telur, daging, keju, ikan.
Lemak pun penting. Ambik minyak yg bagus seperti extra virgin olive oil dan caratino.
Utk supplement pilih whey protein. Jgn ambik yg ada soy protein. Soy protein mengandungi phytoestrogen, tak sesuai utk lelaki kalo ambik berlebihan. Lagi pun soy protein akan menaikkan paras asid urik.
Kalo nak yg murah cari kat www.ebay.com.my. Ada orang jual whey protein dari New Zealand.
Saya pun ambik yg ini.

heh.. itu namanya body fat berlebihan. tapi it's okay, men r blessed wtih muscles and androgen. u beli la dumbell, barbell.. dah cukup.. kekeke.. u guna free weights je...  free weights bagus utk semua level .. my husband pun jarang gi gym.. just work out kat rumah..  ada budak dia train pun jadi berketul2 juga, walaupun dirumah.. beli la buku .. ada tips2 banyak...

abs - sit up la..try buat v sit up..tapi kalu dah boleh master sit up biasa baru leh..  good morning ke..
