oklah.. kita bincang tajuk lain dr yg biasa kat FD ni ye. asik2 kes curang murang, pekata kita tgk bab yg lain pulak.

i have my 1st try with my mooncup for 5 days already. so, my verdict? i love my mooncup!! very much!! serious!! after this, aku takkan guna pad lagi. why?爋k..爈et爉e爈ist燿own爄ts燽enefit燿own爃ere:

1. reusable - boleh pakai up to 10 years, only we need to sterilize in between our period
2. economical - of coz la reusable. bayangkan money that we spend for 10 years of pad supplies
3. environmental friendly - bayangkan all the pads that we dispose.. the least we can do is use mooncup and reduce the number of pads fill up the land
4. freedom of activities - unlike pads yg uncomfortable bila dah basah, it works like tampon, but unlike tampon, it doesn't dry up all the vaginal moisture. it works together with our helathy vaginal environment.

however, satu mende psl mooncup ni yg membuat ramai skeptical.. how to use it. aha.. it is a learning curve.. mula2 tu aku ambik masa jugak nak blaja. thru trial and error, i managed to get it right. and when i get it right, it doesn't leak at all. the best for kita kat malaysia ni, dlm tandas semua ada bidet. so, when we unload the mooncup, we can clean it up with water and insert it back.爈agi爏atu,爉ooncup爊i爇has爑tk爕g爐ak爐akut爐gk燿arah燽yk2,爏bb爄t爓ill燾ollect爕our燽lood,燼nd爕ou爃ave爐o爑nload爀very

hahaha yg muncung tu kebawah le.. bende tu called 'stem'. stem ni kena potong ikut tahap kesesuaian kita la.. ada yg buang terus, ada yg tinggal siket. stem ni utk memudahkan kita mencari mooncup kita utk dikeluarkan nanti.

mmg best mooncup ni qurnia. aku kalau period, the 1st 3 days tu mmg cam air bah. but with mooncup, tak stain pun. 1st time trial aku gunakan pad as backup, but mooncup tak let me down la.

how comfortable are u kak using this mooncup?
it looks like suction cup to hannan...
cara2 nak insert tu wont be painful??

hannan anak dara lagi kan? bukan apa, sbb jika pakai mooncup it will break your hymen, takut pulak kang bila malam pertama, hubby tak percaya yg hymen tu pecah psl pakai mooncup, nanti keluar pelbagai tuduhan, esp masyarakat kita menitikberatkan dara ni. unless, kalau future hubby hannan tak kisah.

it works like a suction cup. nak insert tu mmg kena blaja.. but once u master, its fairly easy. nak keluarkan pun kena guna vaginal muscle kita. our muscle there is very strong, almaklumlah thats birth canal. nak keluarkan nye is like "giving birth".

comfortable? very, hannan! tak terasa langsung cam period, and tak terasa mooncup tu kat situ.. heh heh..

harganye kalau dlm rm ikut pertukaran matawang asing about 140.00. GBP18.99 la gitu...

ziha, nak guna boleh.. tp tu la.. it breaks ur hymen. kalau kat sana (UK & US), depa tak kisah kan. kat sini, i doubt it, unless kalau takde dara lagi ke or you don't midn ke. but this is really the best alternative to pads, you can even run your own research online.

my personal opinion, mooncup is superb!

shape tulah yg special... it works with women's biological setup, not against it.
