|
This thread is dedicated to all male who truly takes care of their physical fitness. Where do we start? How do we start? when do we start? why do we start? All the question given can be answerd by you and me.
I'm not sure whether my diet, physical fitness or activities is correct, but i will share it with you and hope that you too can be willing enough to share your ideas, knowledge and experiences.
My breakfast routine:
1. Cereal (Cornflakes, cocoa puff or frosties). Any one of them with milk and milk+oat drink.
Makan tengahari:
1. Nasi+ikan goreng/ayam goreng+sayur campur+teh ais/teh o ais
Makan malam:
1. Mee goreng/ nasi+ayam
Not sure if this is correct for dieting, anyone would care to advice? |

i don't follow any professional diet or exercise plan...
for the last 1 month (after raya hols)....i take a light breakfast, skip lunch and just have dinner at night. no more carbonated drinks and junk food. if i have to take lunch (business appointment), i usually skip dinner. It ain't so bad because i know tomorrow morning i will have a good breakfast.
sometimes due to events/outing that involves dinner, i will skip next morning's breakfast and supplement lunch with just a few crackers.
exercise.. currently none...i just try to walk a lot. if i go out to meet clients or site visit, i don't look for the nearest parking spot...the extra walk actually helps.
results...so far i've lost a few inches from my waist...and i can slip off my pants without unbuttoning it...(which is cool)...if all goes well, i have to make new pants soon.. and the last time i ate rice was on sunday |

that's a good tip for anyone on a diet routine. But from my knowledge, i don't think it is healthy to skip meals. Especially breakfast, lunch or dinner...
It is a good way that you actually park somewhere further and then just walk to your destination.
Some of us may have time limits or few opportunities to practice dieting... |

share...
penting sekali adalah breakfast... jgn skip tu sbb pepagi otak nk jalan kan, otak kena ade glucose, amik glucose dr makanan la... so pagi2 kena ade masukan makanan dah...
otak penting dua benda, oksigen n glukose, so kalau jumpa org tu tetiba xsedar tepi jalan or pengsan ke benda first di bagi adalah glucosa, itu first benda yg boleh selamatkan die...
tu nape glucose kena ade...
then actually diet yang betul ni, makan makanan high protein less KH n fat, fat esp, mesti kurangi, then serat2 makan banyak eg buah n sayur...
actually buah elok makan sebelum makan heavy meals, bukan lepas makan... salah konsep makan buah lepas makan nasi ke ape ke...
then actuallyy elakkan makan between meals, tu yg menggemukkan... makanan yang manis2 pon...
excercise regularly... xsemestinya jogging, yoga boleh, naik turun tangga boleh, kalau ade lift, ape salahnya naik tangga, xyah lift, tu salah satu bentuk excercise gak, tdo cukup, jangan stress2...
makan cereal bagus, oat, kenyang(walaupun sy mkn ttp lapar )
cam sy, sy xmknnasi, cut off nasi, penah bebulan x makan nasi, tapi ahad lepas sy makan la sbb ade function, rugi bayo
actually diet sy x bagus...jgn ler ikut, tp sy terpakse la ni sbb nk turunkn berat badan yg melebih ni...
luper nk cakap, klu nk diet, boleh je, boleh amik breakfast lunch n dinner, tp makan dalam kuantiti yang sedikit... then makan pelan pelan, sbb kalau kita makan pelan pelan dalam masa 15 menit maklumat akan sampai ke otak bgtau kita da kenyang... so kita berenti makan...
makan laju2 ni, byj makanan masuk, angin masuk, nnt berangin lak badan, kentut pulak selalu...
hehe, tu je nk kongsi... |

sometimes we have to take Rice (as our main menu), there are lots of healthy food out there but not originally Malaysian food, and if you want to go for Very Healthy diet, you have to sacrifice your pocket money..
For me, Nasik is fine, and we used to it, for your normal lunch just eat nasik, easy to find and lot cheaper than taking Subway's Sandwich or pasta or Salmon steak etc.. just take it on moderate amount, not 2 pinggan ..
Things like Nasik, White bread, sugar etc, they are on high Glycemic Index... adn if we take this high Glycemic Index food in high dose, later on they will boost your insulin level, then your brain will trigger higher glucose index and later on your body system release some hormone to store the excessive glucose into Glycogen which will be stored as Fat.. lagi teruk.. |
