kalo asik selsema.. tiap2 pagi bersin.. idung tersumbat.... apesal ar?
kate doktor ni bukan sinus.. tp problem lam idung..

ade yg penah kena ke?
camne... mcm2 obat telan.. tapi cam tak berkesan je..

Cuba try pegi jumpa pakar and buat scan. Maybe saluran hidung ada bengkok. That could cause to that problem. Whatever it is, it's still sinusitis. I have the same problem before for more than 10 years. Tapi skrg dah tak de lepas i'm on supplement. But make sure u know how to choose to take alternatives treatments. Don't just simply take supplements without studying.

Maybe resdung kut..check dlu dgn dr. tapi kalau nak mkn supplement..i suggest Usana nih..try baca dlu benang Usana utk kaji2..

I used to have that problem.  I saw a dr (who also had the same problem) and he gave me meds to take every night.  Its small white pilsl.  I took that for a few moths and was cured.  I never did ask him name of the med.

The pill would make me sleep really easily.  I think it must be ubat selsema - such as actified, piriton etc.  And the best part is when I wake up tak lah terbersin-bersin.  Suffer!

Anyway, fast forward to now.  My son has the same problem.  He's now taking cetrizine.  Hard to say if it works or not.  Sebab some days he seems to be okay sme days no difference.
