What questions would be useful for you to ask yourself on a regular basis?
Two of my favorites are at once the simplest and most powerful in helping me overcome challenges: "What's great about this?" and "How can I use this?"
Asking the first question disrupts negative momentum and reminds me that we can choose to attach any meaning whatsoever to an experience.
Asking the second question focuses me on the "how" rather than the "why," on solutions and benefits rather than the unanswerable.
What two questions could you start using to change your states and access your resources? Add these to your Morning Power Questions so that they become an integral part of your daily ritual for success. |

could you let it go?
would you let it go?
when?
what is the want behind that feeling?
could you let it go?

Why I'm doing this, what goal?
What's better, how's to improve.
What's lacking, how to sort / overcome. |

hmmm... i have something to say...
some important question to us may not be important to others , well again this depends on the context...
like if there is an immature being being challenged by asking him / her to think ....then it is perceived as being negative, so is it our school system or the way we brought up? |

WHY ~ I like to asked myself this Q countless times in a day
the Q is always for the +ve and the -ve of things
why something turns our ok, and vice versa, and then I'll try to remember it, so that the bad things does not cloud the good things |

i used to ask myself that then i realized the twist of it.
so now i start all of my questions with HOW instead of WHY.
i think the principle was based the thousand years old anecdote: "You give a man a fish, he will eat for a day. You teach man how to fish, he will eat for his lifetime." |

Who am I? Very fundamental yet difficult to answer. |

I do. Amongst all the uncertainties of life, I have always wondered whether the decisions I have made in the course of my life have been correct. Should I split hair and do a post-mortem after each decision is made or just let it be as it has been made after all and let time be the judge of it? Nevertheless, in important matters it would normally be best if it would be possible to work out the best possible decision, risks involved backup plan.
In essense, I believe that if I am moved to do something by the forces of the day, there is usually a good reason for it. |

Oh, another question, which may be too unsettling for most people is, "What am I?" Usually it's who am I but What am I are more profound. |

I've learned this in my Uni years, never assume anything. Question the assumption, that's when you see that the answer everyone sees may not be the answer at all. My professor, a very very critical man used to call that critical thinking 101. |

lately aku banyak tanya diri aku soalan ni. "Betul ke keputusan yang bakal aku buat ni?" dan sampai sekarang soalan tu tak berjawab. Aku cuba nak mintak pendapat dari orang yang lebih berpengalaman dari aku but my other half kurang bersetuju. Mungkinkah dia pun macam aku, takut untuk terima akibat daripada keputusan aku tu? |
