soyo.exe and windows.exe

tumpang tanye..
aku cucuk pendrive mmber aku..
skali kuar cprompt ada underscore gerak2 secara random..
n everytime startup.. time nk logon tu ade kuar belon kata firewall aku di off secara tetibe..
then kuar cprompt td..
cek kt task manager / process..
ade 2 bnde aneh xpnh2 aku tgk
windows\soyo.exe and windows\windows.exe
xtau nk buang mcm mna..
even aku dh del dkt msconfig n pkai ccleaner.. still cant resolve the problem..
anyone can help?

pertama skali, ko buleh guna MSCONFIG utk check startup item. buleh disable.
atau gunakan SPYBOT (advance mode) utk analisa startup item dan location dia. sekaligus scan ko punya pc dari smua string soyo.exe. |

aku dh cube disable dr ctu.. yet kuar gak blk
lps lpgin je.. lps kuar belon kata firewall aku off.. kuar bnde alah ni

yg malas tu sbb br je smlm format.. ptg td abes apdet ape jadah sume..
tu yg berat ati sket..
tp kalu dh xpueh ati.. ade harus aku format gak mlm ni huhu

okey, pasal firewall tu, mmg ada internal problem.
pasal startup tu pulak, kalo buleh, ko kasi screenshot, aku nak tengok.
selain tu, screenshot jugak task manager ko, kat bhgian "Process" tab. nak tengok program apa yg running bawah username ko.
tips : Alt+PrintScreen = utk print selected object saje.

ini spybot (Search & Destroy).
antispyware, malware dan adware.
tools dalam advanced mode tu baru je ditambah utk buat basic (dan advance) cleanup dan tweaking. |

cmne nk ilangkan?

guna lah spybot. update dulu sblom scan dlm safe mode.
lenkali pakai le registry protector . antaranya :
1 arovaxshield.
2 winpatrol.
3- tea-timer dari spybot. (tapi aku tak suka yg ni) 
smua tu freeware je. |
