How to add Netmeeting icon in Microsoft Outlook?

I have one problem, how to add netmeeting icon on the top of my outlook? it is this application can join together or what?
plez help me..

kalau i x silap, this 2 applications can be join 2gether. but only for outlook 2000.

Setahu aku, boleh add Netmeeting ke individual contacts dalam Outlook... but nak tambah icon tu terus ke interface Outlook aku tak pernah dengar pun.

outlook dari MS Office ke atau outlook dari microsoft windows? dua2 tu kan ada beza.

Outlook (MS Office)... yg lagi satu is Outlook Express (yg satu software aku tak pernah guna langsung).
