hello...

CARA2 TAK PERLU MAKAN SUPPLEMENT, CUKUD SEKADAR DARI PEMAKANAN SEHARIAN
any tips...( aku dah wat researchh kat internet.. but i do need sum advise .. dan guide )

contohnyer.. aku tiap2 ari kl lunch kat luar mesti order air limau...kat umah pon pagi2 aku minum air limau suam.. air limau kan dah ade vit c.. soo perluke aku makan supplement pil vitmain c lagi.....?.. camne nak tau cukup ke tak vit c yg aku dapat dari peminuman tuh cukup utk keperluan vit aku aeharian

aku pon tiap2 ari makan/minum yogurt.  utk kalsium.. sbb aku tak ske minum susu ( kl minum nnt aku muntah )... soo perluker lagi aku makan pil kalsium?...

any replacement for kolagen intake dengan makanan seharian yg kita makan...?

camne ngan vit E...?

ekeli aku nak bajet beli sumer ni.. sbb gaji aku cukup2 makan je... tp at the same time aku nak optimumkan pemakanan berkahsiat aku..

haaa....saye pun na tau....lagi2 kalo ngandung ni.....sebab pil2 mmg xbole na telan...saye pening lepas mkn pil2..

truex & adekjeli, sy memang ada benda yg cukup b'khasiat nk share dgn kamu smua. Dia bkn ubt tapi mknn utk sel2 bdn kita, ia sesuai dimkn oleh semua orang. klau kamu betul2 serius blhlh email kpd sy.

Salam.... ms mengandung mmgla cm2....klu anda betul2 ingin menjaga kesihatan anda dan anak dalam kandungan...saya  nak kenalkan 1 produk dimana ianya membantu anda dan anak dalm kndungan.... bukan sejenis pil tetapi minuman berfungsi dari madu lebah bersama cmpuran herba..untuk membantu memberi tenaga...elakkan kuning pd baby...membantu memudahkan proses bersalin dan bnyk lg...

saya penah bc buku pemakanan nih...mmg dlm tuh dia underline kita kene ada vit sekian2..but author tuh ckp it's better to get wholesome food..maknanya mengamalkan cara pemakanan yg sihat utk dpt seme nutrient tuh..mkn2 vit tuh hanya sementara kite nak change dr nak tukar gaya hidup dr makan mende2 tak sihat or tak ckp nutrient tuh ke menu yg lebih sihat n seimbang.
like kalsim plak..every time ngandung doc tanya ada minum susu tak, if minum dia tak kasik pil kalsium, kalo tak minum dia kasik...kang dedua telan mau terlebih plak kang, jdk lain plakk..

yogurt...commercial yogurt from the supermarket..
don't buy it...usually commercial yogurt ni..
dier dibuat..sebagai...dessert..cream...and calcium didlmnya tak cukup..
it's full of sugar..sugar ni musnahkan nutrients in food..
don't be fooled..

ok...you want vitamin C..
you could get this grape seed extract in a form of an oil...
use it as a salad dressing..

grape seed oil...is the most powerful antioxidant
grape seed oil extract = 20 times vitamin C..and 50 times vitamin E
but not good for those who takes drugs that thinned the blood

so i watch Oprah the other day..
Dr Oz..ajar what to eat...
klu ko nak collagen nyer food...makan buah delima..
if you want your face..tegang...makan salmon..cos it has caretenoid
this caretenoid..salunya bagi the salmon that pink colour..

and then...take biotin..from...avacados..

don't eat those kind of supplement pills..
ascorbic acid(vitamin C) which can be sintesis lam lab..
tak bagus...sebab diperbuat dari...petroleum...

so..bagus ko amik from natural resources..like from fruits..
anyway...klu amik multivitamins...lam bentuk supplement tak bagus...sebab dier dah kene dioxida...(kering)
tuh lah..rasa2 nak muntah2..pening2...kekadang leh buat mulut kering...

lagi pun leh buat org kene diabetes melitus...

tapi kan..klu vitamins..cam tu..aku tak suka amik lam bentuk supplement..

aku amik Omega 3...jerk lam bentuk supplement..

Nak amik supplements pun make sure amik high quality natural supplement. Bukan sembarangan supplement biasa yg jual kat pharmacy yg harga murah2 tuh. Tu smer sintetik supplement.
Kalo tak nak makan supplement then kenalah makan makanan yg organik. Jgn ingat dlm oren biasa tu vitamin c tu cukup mcm dulu2. Kandungan nutrients dlm buahan skrg compare ngn 20 tahun dulu dah berkurang more than 50%.

Laaa...sintetik tu yg dihasilkan secara tiruan lah dlm lab by chemical process. Mcm aiskrim perisa durian contohnya...bukan betul2 amik buah durian utk mixkan buat aiskrim tu tapi the molecules durian tu (lupa dah ape nama proses nih) dibuat secara kimia supaya menghasilkan perisa durian tu. The same thing with supplements. Yg biasa jumpa tu mostly sintetik. Kalo yg organic biasa mahal skit dlm seratus lebih satu botol lebih kurang...

yeke? patut le aku rsa pening2 dan mulut kering pas makan multivitamin yg aku bli kat farmasi. ingatkan aku kurang minum padahal aku kuat minum.

camne dgn vitamin2 yg kite minta kat doc lak? adakah vitamin yg derang bg tu sintetik gak ke?
