begini..I ade beberape computer,then I nk set kan semue pc tu control panel xboleh di access..I know how to do so(gune registryeditor(regedit)..

tapi masalahnye xkan nk buat satu2 kan? it takes some times..letih lah..

ade x sesiape yg ade fail registry, I just click aje file tu then automatically control panel will disable..

copy dan paste into notepad and save with extention .reg(contoh: ABC.reg)

if you know how to do it, why don't you do it on one computer, export that registry, bring it to other computers and just double clicking on it? you only have to do the hard part once.
