Problem dengan wifi lappy aku.

i have a problem with my Compaq CQ20-317TU; i'll try to be brief but compact; get it? :pi) i've purchase my own this year, around april i think
ii) the problem is that everytime i online, the data transfer only work out during the first 30 second and then the data transfer (receivde) stop; the digit doesn't move at all.
iii) i'm referring to the wireless network connection; mcm tiada pergerakan dalam "received" langsung.
iv) for the "sent" it does move but only bits by bits.
v) i thought the wifi line was suck even though it is just one bar but my brother's lappy can work and wifi to the line like a charm.
vi) hence, i suspected there is something wrong with my lappy.
vii) either it is occurred to the wifi modulator or a virus@worm@trojan has messed up my wifi transfer data rate.
viii) i've tried to use the celcom usb modem and when i use it, i surf the internet smoothly.
viv) i also used it at a full bar wifi line but the problem still occur.
x) hence i want your great help indeed.thank you in advance.

update: aku guna safe mode with networking, lappy's wifi line smooth jer. nih mesti ada trojan, virus or worm.
            nanti aku letak screenshot task manager untuk dua2 safe mode ngan normal mode.
            buat comparison either ada benda x kena dalam tu.

aku langsung x da masalah dc...
line connected tp data transfer x berjalan.
sebab tu x dapat load...no data received.

diorg dc sebab direct connected to modem. bila dc je terus leh nampak.
ko pakai wifi, mana ko nak nampak atau tahu samada dc ke atau tak?

of coz la ko menten wifi connected tapi takde data transfer sbb yg dc tu ialah modem, bukan wifi yg dc.  

wifi tu networking aje. tak sama ngan internet connection.

bila :
**wifi dc tak smestinya internet pun dc.
cam tu jugak bila :
**internet dc - tak smestinya wifi pun dc sama.

ada fehem?

kalau modem kat router dc dari internet, yang tinggal hanye local area network access jer.

kalau boleh cek modem tu sama ade selalu dc atau ok jer

tapi masalahnya disini ialah kalau aku guna safemode with networking okay jer internet aku.

safe mode = virus tak aktif.

mungkin problem virus.

apa2 pun, cuba folo thread yg aku bagi kat atas tu.
patch windows mungkin berkesan.

nih task manager dalam save mode

Dan dua2 nih task manager dalam normal mode, Part 1 & 2 (aku potong kepada 2 bahagian) cuz aku punya lappy skrin 12.1" jer.

Jadi kepada sesaper yang terer2 nih, mintak tolong sangat cuz it's a problem that i need to go to safe mode to use the wifi module.

Btw, aku guna Kaspersky 6 Windows Workstation.

aku cadangkan ko guna ccleaner dan edit startup item tu.

kalo belom ada, donlod sini : http://www.ccleaner.com/download

lepas donlod, install, ko gi kat page startup, maximizekan window dia dan buat screenshot.

ni aku punya :



cuma antivirus dan grafik kad utiliti aje yg ada kat startup.
kasi tepek ko punya, nnt aku advice mana yg patut delete

aku guna GVR dan guna "Kill All Process" secara dua kali dan hasilnya internet aku smooth jer.
problem ni bukan jer kat wifi aku, tapi jugak usb modem.
aku pelik, baru sehari guna dia punya speed 0kps...x gerak2.
aku guna cara yang aku nyatakan awal2 tadi, pandai pulak smooth line.
ni mesti background programme punya keje nih.
