Whether the expectation of increasing interest rate can promote the dollar rebound? The forex investors all should pay more attention this week that whether the market would continue to purchase dollar and interest decisions of other major Central Banks.
The non-farm data announced last Friday was expectedly better. The market expected that employment number reduced by 125 thousand. The announced data showed that it only reduced 11 thousand and the unemployment rate expectedly declined to 10%. Fed began to consider the problem of increasing interest rate. The expectation of increasing interest rate promoted dollar against a basket of currencies to rebound across the broad and hit the new short-term high, to 75.94.
USD/JPY and USD/CHF rebounded substantially. If forex price stabilized at above 88.00, USD/JPY would mid-term rebound. If the forex price was stable at above 1.0200, USD/CHF was expected to open new rising space.
