Penjadualan Semula loan rumah dengan EON BANK

Salam smua... Just want to share and minta pendapat uols gak... Last few days.. ader officer dari eon bank call me regarding my housing loan... mule2 maleh gak nak angkat..hehehe.. sbb tau ader 2,3 bln tersangkut.. tap angkat gak la.. coz dh 3 kali ringing tu... rupenye, bkn nak minta payment... officer tu terangkn pasal R&R tu... reschedule and re- ape tah... firstly, officer tu ceritakan keadaan my akaun.. sy ambil conventional loan, instalment RM488, interest dah naik since 2003 BLR+3.5%=9.30%, interest ni naik sbb during 2003 sy ader problem, ingatkn pas clear the arrears during that time,interest maintain and x de effect paper... patut la current balance tu x berubah2... dh byr brape lame pun gerak ckit2 je... sampai umur 70 pn x kan habis... then, the officer propose to reduce the interest tu.. dengan syarat they will reduce my instalment for 2 years or 1 year... the 3rd years onwards they will increase the instalment if have to... untuk cover interest yg tinggi tu and at the same time to make sure akaun ni bleh settle before age of 70. tap yg tak best nye... tempoh loan akn bertambah... tapi officer tu ckp if i x wat paper... akaun tu takkan habis on time jugak... jadi i guess this is the only solution for time being... kalo nak refinance ke bank lain... CCRIS gwe x cantik... legal fees baru... documentation baru.... leceh gak..   pastu, smua tunggakan yg ader sekarang, diaorg akan tarik balik masuk dalam current balance.. kire REFRESH la...
then, sy ader tanyekan untuk loan umah adik saya gak... adik sy under islamic loan.. so, dah tentu tak de masalah dgn interest, coz fixed rate. utk islamic, officer tu ckp they all turunkan instalment utk 2 thn, then 3rd year blk instalment asal... kalo reduce 2 thn, extent 1 thn.. kalo reduce 1 thn, extent 6 bln je... dlm mase 2 thn tu.. if ader byr lebih... tempoh yg tambah tu akan berkurang...

so, what say uols? gi la bank masing2 cek.. what's your current interest rate.. make sure same dengan letter offer dulu... b
